I agree about not taking the games price into consideration. If you're going to tear something like Deadly Premonition a new one, at least inform your readers that it's only a $20 low budget game.
Outside of this list my biggest gripe is poorly designed sites that make me click through 50 pages just to finish an article that could have been done in 1.
Can't wait to find Powergig in the clearance section, right next to all the other off-brand, "me too" toy guitar games.

A game can be both milked and good. Dude, R&C games ARE all the same, don't try to claim that they're not. A few new weapons doesn't make a "new" game. I actually like the series but I'm not going to pass the games off ...

It doesn't need to, just be a solid, interesting game and it'll do fine. Personally I don't care for CoD so Homefront is already beating it in my eyes.

At some point it has to be "good enough" to release. You could keep polishing and polishing but at some point you either have to piss or get off the pot. I'm sure the game will be great but it's almost becoming a meme along with Duke Nukem Forever.
I'm sure the "do not turn off while saving" is probably there for a reason, namely preventing "I need to return this memory card/hard drive, it won't save my games".
