I can talk to my gf for free while I play games but I don't. Why would I want to pay $8.25 for 10 minutes? That's an hours pay for the shut-ins and life-noobs using this.
I would seriously trade all those features for a competent web browser. I would love to play a demo of a game and instantly be able to order it or add it to my gamefly queue without leaving my seat but the constant lock-ups requiring a hard reset makes it impossible.

School is overrated IMO. It teaches you just enough to hopefully keep you out of prison and that's about it. I wish schools taught basic life skills like financial planning and budgeting, cooking, care and maintenance of small electronics, stuff like that. Personally I think doing well in an online game should be it's own reward and you should play because you enjoy it. IMO stuff like Halo's theater mode renders online achievements redundant because you can literally show the world the cool thing you did instead of ruining other peoples fun going for an abitrary reward.
I just don't have the patience to sit and plug away at the same spot over and over when there are 50 other games I could be playing. I'll admit that I cheat sometimes, after a couple unsuccessful attempts at a challenging battle I'll dial it down to easy until I get past it.
I'd like to see them get their hands on another IP that, much like Batman has suffered s***ty game after s***ty game for decades.
I'm talking about The Terminator. Using Izims idea, an open world Terminator "future war" game where raiding Skynet factories will cripple their ability to manufacture HKs for example. Or the ability to capture endoskeletons, reprogram them and send them on missions, stuff like that.
Not everybody has blind, irrational hate for Gamestop. I actually worked there and I still don't hate them.
I used to think that Halo took no skill until I played MW2 online, that shut me right up. Halo seems like chess in comparison.
A) CoD immediately wins because it's on multiple systems instead of just one.
B)They come out 2 months apart so unless you can only afford 1 $60 game for the rest of the year nobody is being forced to choose.
C) Strictly my personal opinion but based on past history with both games I have absolutely no doubt that Reach will be better.
I need a good story, personally I can't get into a game if I don't care about why I'm doing what I'm doing.
I usually toss on an episode of Mystery Science Theatre, get comfortable and pass right out. I love the show so it's not boredom that puts me to sleep, it's just a flashback to being a kid and falling asleep to 4am reruns of it.
One thing metacritic lacks is context which is why it's a failure from the get go. You have to take the sheer number of reviews into account for starters. How is it fair that OoT for example can be #1 or #2 based on something like 100 fewer reviews than, lets say Uncharted 2 got? I don't know the exact rankings I'm just using examples.
