I'm a proud owner of all consoles, so I don't get in the fanboy war but I will admit you were correct with your Alan Wake comment. It got slammed to no end on here for the subhd and now Resistance is getting a free pass.
In the end it's the games that matter, so who cares what system it's on. I am slightly disapointed, though, in the drop. I am somewhat of a graphics whore. I'd rather have 720/1080p with 5 enemies on the screen at once than subhd with 7 en...

@palaeomerus. I agree, mostly. Pawn Stars is one of those shows that is more than just people being stupid, though. I have learned quite a bit about stuff from Rick, Big Hauss and the Old Man. Great stuff if I am ever at a garage sale and come across a great find.
To be fair, the art design more than made up for the graphics. Also, it was all done on a small budget. No one expected the sales it did. I have high hopes for Dark Souls.
I respectfully disagree. Bethesda has re-done the engine and it is specifically tailored for an open world game. Better draw distances, better NPC animations, better AI....
I expect all of these features PLUS the sucessfull elements of the Fallout series being incorporated to make this one massive hit.
Exactly. And what about Hollywood action movies? Every single blockbuster has guns and gadgets and all that crap. The double standard makes me sick. I would rather have my kid play Rainbow 6 Vegas with me than watch The Human Centipede.
Ive never been disapointed by elder scrolls. Unless they make it on rails with a boomerang as you weapon i will love it.

Agreed, rabid. It was horrid. The destruction was great in concept but man it just didn't feel right. Plus, the graphics were better on Splinter Cell Double Agent. I mean, no stubble at all on his head???

@Fanbot. AGREE! Sweets MUST be on the cover. He showed up at E3 and his image is the essence of TM. Not having him on the cover would be a huge mistake.
If I had never heard of this series and I saw his mug on a cover with that evil grin and flaming hair, I would def pick it up and look at it further. Then, pull out my Android and google the name. All it would take is a 30 sec trailer and Jaffe would have another sale.
People slam the media for creating "shock" headlines but half the responsibility lies with the clicker of the links. When I see headlines like this I don't even bother. I am not going to contribute ad revenue to folks who flat out go all HHG with their headlines.
