That's just 10 years older than I am! Holy crap! Well, everyone needs to make changes at some point in their life and this is one reason I quit smoking, gave up soda and rarely do fast food. Not saying he wasn't taking care of himself but it really makes you think about your own mortality.

Ive been calling it GOML (Game Of My Life) for a couple months now. Some mock but I have never been so excited for a game and I cut my teeth on the Atari system in the 80s. After watching that leaked 45 min gameplay video I am truly dying to play this game.
I will be doing the looting once this game drops. The residents of Skyrim will have nothing left it their shops, houses, pockets or stables.
OT: I am not getting the collector's addition because, well, I am not a collector. That said, my passion for this game runs so high that if they were charging $150.00 for just the game I would still be standing in line 11.10.11 11:59pm PST.
Elder Scrolls is a tough king to overthrow. I hear great things about Witcher but Skyrim is really shaping up to be GOML. (Game Of My Life)

I hate misleading ads like that. "50% off PS3/360 games!" Uh, no, you have to pay full price for a game then get half off the second.

I have made some good trades on craigslist. Traded Killzone 3 for Portal 2 straight up. Had I gone to Gamestop I would have received $20 towards Portal 2 and then shelled out $40 more for Portal 2.
The reduction of wear and tear on the laser is reason enough to install!

I hear ya. I just watched the 40 minute gameplay video from Quakecom (I resisted for 35.6 hours) and all I care about is the game. Holy smokes I cannot wait until 11.11.11.

I am the same way. When on my 360 I always use the party feature. There is no way I am going to listen to all the idiots. That is why I wish Ps3 had this. Forget cross-game chat, give us party feature.

gypsygib, I totally agree with you. I hate those stupid, trying to be all cutting edge, fall into a big bowl of lava lemons. They are as irritating as the DQ commercials that stole their whole bit from Old Spice.

I'm 38, have a great job, great pad, car, friends, the lot. I usually just tell everyone to piss off though, so I can play games. When I have a new one I usually put in 3 hours a night and then on the weekend hit MP for the day.
I prefer gaming to other crap: Camping, the lake, bars, whatever. Been there, done that it's overrated. Gaming in my recliner on a 60 inch DLP with 6.1 surround is what life is about.
