I really like the drop in drop out. Game play looks fun but the big question is....how repetitive is it?
I can only handle so many hours doing the same thing. This is why Dead Rising was not for me. That said, grinding is fun a-la Demon's Souls, though. Wait and see, I guess.
Lol at the reviewer killing everyone. I wouldn't do it off the bat but I admit I always get to a point where a mass murdering spree occurs in my Elder Scrolls play throughs.

I see this a lot. I think people misunderstand the disagree function. For me, I read his comment and applied it to my life. Since I have played all 3 games, I had to disagree because for me, I HAVE played the games and do NOT need to get started on the trilogy.
Funny story: I downloaded the old game off PSN when PLUS first came out and was so excited to play it. I lived and died by playing Syphon Filter in my yesteryears. Anyway, I booted it up and when I started playing I could barley make Gabe walk in a straight line! I have totally forgotten how bad old controls and graphics are. Lol, getting a head shot meant hitting that pink square on top of the black rectangle that is the enemy lol.

High horse? What the hell are you talking about? I don't like Fords but I don't think lessor of people who do. I actually played it for a few hours, it just wasn't my cup of tea. I didn't say one derogatory thing about the actual game itself. I just said it is too cartoony for me. And it is. I love cartoons to watch. I love South Park and it has some of the most horrid graphics ever.

Well it depends, though. If new consoles are backwards compatible and do what a ps3 does in the sense of taking a DVD and up-scaling it then I would like a new console soon. Say, God of War 4 comes out for ps3 and it is 30 fps and 720p but if you play it on the ps4 it up-scales it and you get twice the frame rate and maybe even 1080p then I am sold.
Glad to see that the fans are getting a sequel. I just couldn't get into the first one. Can't really say what it is but I think it just felt to cartoony for my taste. The game play was pretty good but I just felt like I was fighting Bugs Bunny all the time. Waiting for a big "Splat!" and "Boom!" to pop up when I hit things.
Happy for you lovers of the game, though. Glad you get to play a second one.
I respectfuly ask you how u thought the graphics were good? They looked like demons souls with color. At least demons souls had great art design and inspiring combat with innovative mp. I bought enslaved and alpha protocol for 10 bucks each and both failed to hold my attention. I just dont see what people like about this game.
What i dont get was how the hype touted this game as a graphical powehouse and in reality it sucked ass. The graphics we so muddy and the gameplay clunky i sropped playing after a couple hours. Alpha protocol looked better and that game sucks, too!

Uncharted 2 was substantially longer than 6 hours. For me, anyway.
I totally agree with you in regards to the map. Trying to use it in a 4 level building is mind breaking.
Hell, I heard 30+ if you don't use stealth!
Got my code the other day. They did a really nice job on the MP, however, for me, I am just a sucker for Rainbow 6 style team work. I love the guns and upgrades, level design and graphics but it's totally a one man army set up. Even the mode where you have to capture the beacons is well thought out but no one works together. I miss R6 Vegas.
That said, props to Insomniac. I really look forward to the SP. And the next Ratchet and Clank. PS3 exclusives are simply coming out...
