To proclaim that one group is worse than another means we can’t realistically have this discussion, on top of that, you completely missed the point.
It very much does. That said, it’s interesting how we hear that N4G is a ‘Sony haven’, yet, the amount of unchecked, blatant, trolling in here is as bad as I’ve seen in a good while.
Or PC, where it will run, and look, even better...... like I plan to do.
Mentioning Crackdown 3 makes it even worse. Critically panned and no word on its commercial success/failure, yet, we continue to see articles like these for PlayStation.
@SeanScythe: nah, I think Last of Us will take it.
Well said. Last of Us Part II, in particular, will be the biggest exclusive to release on the system in 2020.
Yet, Xbox releases one, ONE, major title and these articles don’t exist for it.
Games inspire games. It happens. Halo, for example, wouldn’t have existed without games like 007 (N64) and Perfect Dark. Forza? Not without Gran Turismo. That’s the beauty of competition.
@Ultracombo: It’s so bad here yet you remain. Here’s an Ultrahint: that reflects something worse about you than N4G.
My thoughts exactly.
It shares the same Meta as Gears 5. Are those reviews a ‘mixed bag’ as well? I mean, we’re talking an 84 here (an incredibly good score).
I don’t get the meaningless hyperbole.
All consoles eventually stop selling...
As long as I game on PC, I can play Xbox titles. That’s very much what his point was and I’m sure you knew that already.
Agreed.
Another ‘thegamer’ article. I’m quickly learning to stay away from it.
Um...
- Final Fantasy IX and Dragon Quest VII released for the PS1 in 2000 (these were massive franchises on the system, mind you)
- Final Fantasy XII released in 2006
- TLOU released in 2013 (a franchise which now has FAR more selling power than FF)
The concern does not compute.
Nope.
Yeah, people tend to look at it so fondly because it was the last of SEGA. It was a decent console, but when paired with other consoles of the time, particularly the PS2, it didn’t look as hot.
Just a great idea that never quite reached its full potential.
YOU don't have time for it, Adam. I, and plenty of others, do. No time for it? Don't play it. Life goes on.
