Um, for starters, the ‘master race’ nonsense is irrelevant since no one brought up PC (my main gaming platform, but again, irrelevant).
Next, the whole ‘we steal ideas’ talk is also irrelevant (every company borrows or uses other ideas - nothing new and not exclusive to American companies). The bottom line is Apple is an American company and they sell their product in Japan by the truckload, so the excuse that Xbox sells poorly there due to so...
And yet they love iPhone. The Xbox’s issue is its own.
If it meant ‘nothing’, no one would be talking about it.
Source to that tweet?
Play the game first. On top of that, it's the story they want to tell. Don't know what is/isn't needed until you play it, unless you want to also say that violence isn't needed in games. Then, many, MANY of them wouldn't exist. Thankfully, that won't happen, and these people tell the stories they want to tell.
There are 'beasts' and then there's PlayStation!
Frankly, a Nintendo/Sony-only console world works for me!
I have a PC for Microsoft’s stuff!
PS4 is a beast! ;P
Anything that ‘beats’ Sony is beast to him. :P
IN any event, it’s a wonderful device. Good to see it sell so well!
Not yet, but I wouldn’t be surprised at an acquisition. Makes the most sense!
Except.....it didn’t. In the end, it sold less than the PS3. Again, can’t rewrite history to feed a bias.
No.
Wii won the gen and PS3 sold more than the Xbox 360. We can’t rewrite history to fill narratives. Xbox has never been on top. Period.
You’ve finally run out of opportunities to reply, so we can move on. Nothing you can be ‘right’ about. Accept it and don’t drag out a discussion just to see your typed words on a screen. :)
"Dog", I used Knack because I was making a point about exclusives (a point that continues to fly right over you). I also mentioned Ryse (a game that is a mere 6 points higher than Knack on Meta — while both games are considered 60 and under) and you said nothing.
So, yes, with that, we should move on.
I wouldn't say P.T. revived the horror genre, rather, made others take chances they may not have previous.
OT: That's great news!
My entire debate is about exclusives launching with a next gen system and arguing against your idea that past machines were like what is going to happen with the Series X (not to mention, you focus on specifics while missing the overall point). NO other console launched without at least one exclusive to showcase its power.
In one breath, you say I can't use Halo, but in the other, used it yourself. All we have to go in is what was shown, and in said case, it was not a huge leap over what's available.
And no, I won't 'shhhh'. I've provided a good basis for debate. I thought we were headed for a reasonable conclusion and then you go right back to being condescending.
In any case, you can agree to hold your side of the coin and I'll stick to mine....
I don't expect Halo to put anything to bed and that's mainly because it doesn't look much better than what's out. In fact, it supports what I am saying — for a true next gen experience, they need to skip the XB1 and focus entirely on the new hardware.
Really, it benefits you more (as a user on an enthusiast board). The average person probably won't care either way, but as core users of the platform, you should want the absolute best quality they can pul...
Nope. PC and PlayStation. That's as far as any PlayStation owned property will go.
