Nothing else needs to be said!
Hadn't even considered that!
🤣
Last I checked, this isn’t about PlayStation. So your pathetic whataboutism is nothing more than that.
Stick to the topic - does this look bad for Microsoft/Bethesda or not? Why/why not?
I'm sure you were as empathetic to ForSpoken.
Then why do you stick around? If you're such a victim, why come here?
Exactly.
Which negates none of what I said. Unless the CMA bends, the deal is off.
Considering their history of not bending, Microsoft has a very long uphill battle ahead.
It HAS stopped the deal. Without an appellate win, it’s over.
Show us the non-Halo fans...
"Those people who are speaking do not know Halo well enough to be giving an opinion"
Really? Explain who those people are, then tell us this secret sauce that Halo has the only people like you know about.
Yeah, because you know what most here think. Some of y'all really live on this victimized nonsense. He gave a reasonable explanation!
@Tapani: I expect a decent reception from reviewers regarding Redfall. However, its delays and now the dropping of 60fps at launch is sure to be an issue. I agree with you though — hopefully, the devs will see some pluses out of this, particularly if gamers like it!
Because Sony isn't having issues selling consoles and everyone knows the games will be there. You're either willfully oblivious or totally unaware of how things work.
No amount of whatabouisms is going to change that Xbox needs a climate change.
The Series S is already orders of magnitudes cheaper than the PS5. Price isn't their issue.
They WERE timed exclusives. Unless you were living under a rock, those games didn’t come to PS3 until way later!
So, yes, facts are straight 😛
Wrong. The 360 generation was full of timed exclusives, for example. Bioshock, Mass Effect, etc. All were timed exclusive. There is no innocent party in the gaming industry in regards to $ exchanging hands.
You may as well accept that.
There is no "evening ground" because Xbox has participated in those same tactics — and this is why it's so bad to be so skewed. You literally excuse one and condemn the other, when they both had their hands in the cookie jar. Makes talking to you about this subject pointless.
@gangsta_red
"I don't know why you guys try this hard to paint this picture of Sony being this holy saint of the industry, but it's really ridiculous"...
Um, no, no the Switch isn't. It's as if you came to this article with the numbers posted and decided to expose yourself as ignorant.
If that was the plan, you succeeded.
You're in denial. Bethesda's games, many of them, have been pulled from the platform (Redfall — one of the very games you spend a lot of time defending around here, is one of them).
Everything else is fluff to you acknowledge that.
Um, I didn't make a single "excuse".
Now, with that nonsense out of the way, it remains simple. Their (Sony's) acquisitions haven't pulled games from anywhere. In fatc, they are the only ones who haven't. Their purchases can't be compared with the likes of Zenimax, for example. They just can't.
As far as Microsoft "allowing studios to create what they want", so does Sony. So, it's a moot point.
Now THIS is comedy!
