Of course thegamer.com would jump right on a story like this...
In any case, I'm sure it will be resolved.
Exactly.
GamesIndustry is not PR for Sony.
That's just it. Nintendo and Sony don't bang drums, they release bangers and stay quiet. Xbox = Phil Spencer Mouthpiece where he does the talking and his games/hardware do the floundering.
From the same folks who gave it a 10/10 no less.
I love that most of the comments totally missed the boat! Well played, Outside!
Doesn't just get outsold, either. It's get mollywhopped!
But, just hang in for the ride. This is how things go with Xbox. They get a piece of industry shakin' news and we get article after article about how Sony's "in trouble", "needs to improve", etc. Then the financials are released, and we realize that Bozo was driving the truck all along.
Rinse, repeat, wait till next E3.
You'll be banned because you're spewing mindless nonsense.
But then, the alternative is simple — don't like the site, logout and then use your mouse to click the "X" next to its name on your tab.
Problem solved.
Basically.
Sony aren't "always" clear "sometimes".
In other words, sometimes they aren't clear. Like everyone.
OT: Confirmation is nice, even though I didn't expect different.
"Shoulda launched with".
These sites literally recycle this nonsense with every new revision.
It definitely isn't the best looking console racer as cross gen driving/racing games compete nicely with it. Nothing it's doing hasn't been done/seen before and the downgrade only magnifies it.
Ironically, this Forza was in development longer than GT7 was. That says it all.
Yep. GT's cars/metal always look better than Forza's. They've just hit that right balance and the materials look far more believable. One can only imagine an exclusive PS5 GT. This won't even be a discussion anymore.
That said, Forza's environments look great. That's usually its strong suit!
Weather wise, yes. Cars? No, GT7 remains far ahead.
Gamerant = Should ignore. They're the new TheGamer.com.
Most likely higher.
About to cell a City-load of copies!
@RauLeCreuset
Absolutely spot on post! That's much of the problem with a lot of folks who blindly (this is key — not all of its fans wear goggles) support Xbox. They are happy to point the finger at PlayStation when their shortcomings are so blatant. For example, they're happy to ignore Starfield's failure to live up to its pre-release hype, instead choosing to point the finger at PlayStation about a lack of knowledge on its 2024 release schedule. This is a typi...
"Massive issue"? No. But, it definitely needs to be taken care of.
The Microsoft stuff is irrelevant. Sony have seen plenty of backlash when things went wrong.
