why would they show a basic rail shooting level for their first trailer? came across as meh. didn't like the fact that you were on an island(the derrick) and couldn't go anywhere. again, why would they use this as their first trailer? should have used part of level where they will be fighting many enemies at once. also, they should have showed a more interactive looking chainsaw duel. what they showed looked very scripted. i also thought the characters looked kinda "flat". their was...
this is a good game- but not as great as reviewers made it sound. it's fun, but still seems like just another GTA. i also don't like the fact that so many people are having freeze issues with it. that should never happen. (i might feel so-so about it because of the looming MGS4 release. i want that game so much more than this one.)

i played COD (7hr.) single player campaign. just exactly what is being done in it that's never been done before? it's a very linear shooter. it throws lots of enemies at you very fast. but, it didn't capture the violent, visceral quality of combat like KZ2 seems to. you like COD- ok, but (like gears) the game is still just a shooter. where KZ seperates from other shooters is the immersive battle enviroments. based on what i've seen, they are unmatched. what i hope we'll see in the final game ...
allowing the 360 to ship to the public with the RROD problem, and then denying it exists for a full year is inexcuseable.

why would anyone be looking forward (after only 2+ yrs)to the next console? ms made a mistake giving up on original xbox after only 4 years. for them to give up on 360 before 6 yrs. have gone by wouldn't be fair to the 360 consumers. and devs would have to start with new hardware and wouldn't get to utilize the 360 to it's full potential.(unless they're already doing that now?)

what i took away from the video was: the chaotic feel of battle and the violent,desperate nature of war between the 2 armies. first thing i thought of was: this reminds me of the germans and russians grinding each other up at stalingrad. feb. can't come soon enough.
