You're more excited about the "hype", the "show", and the "scores" than the game. Microsoft seems to know how to keep their audience happy but not the rest of gamers. I wouldn't be surprised if you loved more the mass marketed pop culture image that was fabricated around CliffyB (I mean, the original Cliff not the new one ;) ) more than you loved the actual game.

I mean if gears 2 gets 94 on metacritic and resistance gets a 91 does that immediately make gears 2 better? I know Xbox fanboys take metacritic as gospel so it must be hard for them to grasp the concept of "free will" and "personal decision making", but just because the *average* score is higher it doesn't mean that ALL reviewers liked gears more than resistance. It also doesn't mean that you in particular will like Gears more than Resistance or viceversa, learn to make up...
Xbox fanboys actually take scores as an absolute metric instead of an average of subjective opinions which mean nothing really; if someone in the press decides to give a game like Resistance a 5 (and there's no impediment for that happening) obviously the score will go very low, but that doesn't mean everyone thinks the game's score is the average, only braindead morons that dropped out of elementary school.
Besides, Halo is overrated. Resistance 2 is packed with features that...

Hahaha, said the hypocrite with less agrees. It seems that Xbox fanboys are running rampant nowadays overrating news of games they did not even care about to begin with.
The online aspect, while the best part of the game, is basically just another FPS, nothing new really. The campaign is the most boring one I have ever played on any game, FPS or not. I simply finished this one just to see what the hell Xbox fanboys get orgasms about, but it seems that they were born yesterday.

With 80GB then. After all, PS2 BC is coming on software so they can drop that on hardware. They just need to upgrade the HDD, hell they already have the providers for that one. No need to drop the price, just add some value as Microsoft is doing.

For my 360 to get a FW update that prevents my machine against RROD and that lets it read Blu-ray and HD-DVD games.
I am also waiting for my Wii to get an update that allows it to display HD graphics with advanced shaders.
