I keep hearing that Dead Space is looking better than RE5. Everyone says RE5 is pretty much just an updated RE4 and that everything still feels the same and plays the same with no new features at all (except Co-Op). I continue to be worried over Capcom's games. I look at their lineup and not much seem interesting with RE5 being the one exception (and I guess to a somewhat degree SF4) and even with that I'm not even sure how excited I am.
I guess I'll have to wait and see.
I wonder if those are in-game. If so, then it looks pretty good.

Did anyone feel that the cutscene was actually kinda bad? I mean, when he cut through that guy, it felt kinda weak. You didn't really feel the impact. I felt like something was missing.
It looks kinda interesting though. Kinda reminded me of Shinobi. But their Tenchu Z game was bad so I'll remain skeptic until I see some real gameplay footage.
You guys shouldn't be so sure. Hideki Kamiya's development history is very impressive. Resident Evil 2 (91.9%), Devil May Cry 1 (92.3%), Viewtiful Joe (91.6%) and Okami (92.5%). All AAA titles and all had him as a director (ratings taken from GameRankings).
All I'm trying to say is don't be so sure. Santa Monica Studio did loose both David Jaffe and Cory Barlog. Anywayz in any case we'll be having two awsome action games on our hands.

There are usually minor announcements. Nothing big, but they usually reveal the small details of a game like introducing new characters or wutnot.

Whenever you format your hardrive, you looses all information on it, (which would include save games as well). That's what formatting a hard drive is all about, to start from scratch. However for the PS3, the operative system and it's settings is actually saved somewhere else, but pretty much everything else will be erased (videos, games, saves, demos, game installs etc).

FYI, a B for 1up could be a 7/10. I remember Stranglehold getting a 7 or 7.5 from 1up and if you look the game up on 1up, it's the same review but now it got B as a score. As for gamerankings, they think of it as the educational grading system, where it's usually

meh GameCube already has a port of RE2 which is fully playable on the Wii. They could just reprint those. It makes no sense for Capcom to do a remaake. But with all this talk about different views, it makes me think of a spin-off. But why would they make a spin-off RE2 instead of RE5 to co-market each other.

lmao Fifa is no where near PES' gameplay. Any real soccer fan would know the difference. Fifa is for those that don't know how to play, the game does a lot of stuff automatically for you. PES, you can actually control almost everything yourself.

I think people just focus too much on this "not enough blood, not enough gore" thing. In the end what really matters is if the game is fun to play. From the looks of it, it'll even be fun to watch.

This QTE based game is heavily based on quick decision making and as such there'll be many different outcomes to complement that.
