I love the music!!! Probably the only guy that do but I love it!
You are definitately a fanboy. Because regardless of how much they dissed the single player. There was just as much (if not more) praise for the multiplayer.
Also they even compared it to the Halo 3 in which Garnett Lee, the main "disser" said "they were equally disappointing" or something to that effect.
If you want your product to sell, then make a good product. It's simple as that. Don't attack your existing customers because of some "potential" customers. When we buy products, we want to buy the right to own them. We don't buy them just to get the right to use them. We want to do whatever we want with it. Whether it's to give, sell or lend it to someone. That's our business and none of yours. This is the way it has been done in all ages and what we've accustomed to. You just don'...
Problem with 360 is that the 199$ model is not that great for hardcore gamers. We need a harddrive in which case we need to dish out a 100 bucks for the premium model. At that point, why not dish out another 100$ and get a blu-ray player on in the deal.
Still, it didn't sell enough to get a sequel I bet. But I'm quite satisfied with the overall game. It's actually my favorite game of all time.
Anyone who loves the Zelda games will be blown away by Okami. Okami is actually more accessible as well. Anyway if you have the ability, get it on PS2. The controls are wayyy better, although the Wii does look a bit better (more defined colors and a bit sharper look).
It looks really good, I just hoped the screenshots aren't too touched up. I'll wait for gameplay videos before I make a judgment.
Btw this is made by the Fatal Frame guys and some from Team Ninja. Pretty much Tecmo's two biggest teams.
Okami was done by Clover Studio, a studio owned by Capcom before they it got dissolved. Most of the Clover Studio developers went to form PlatinumGames which is an independent studio. They are now creating Madworld, Infinite Line (I think that was the name), Bayonetta and an untitled game by Shinji Mikami who has worked on pretty much all Capcom projects at some point or another. In many ways he's like the hardcore gamer's Shigeru Miyamoto
Anyway the director of Bayonetta is Hi...
I don't think this a confirmation. If you read the article it says "our source tells use" and so forth. At the very least it's not an official announcement. In other words, this is still a rumor.
I respect Ripten a lot for delaying the review until the bugs were fixed. Unlike the bigger sites and I actually read through the whole review, it was written pretty well, kept me interested. Anyway the game actually sounds fun. With the one life per round thing. It reminds me of Counter Strike, which was A LOT of fun. If only some of my friends had it or I had a demo.
RE5 will easily surpass that number. This is a title that appeals to all territories (EU, NA/US&CA, JPN). Not to mention it's a multiplatform title.
Japan has good taste, Yakuza 3, FF13 games, White Knight Chronicles, they all will be great
You know I would've blamed Midway, but now that Europe is getting it uncensored I'mma blame ESRB.
I think 1up had fairly good arguments. If you watch the 1up show you can see the reviewer and two other guys discussing R2. It's quite interesting, and if what they say is true then I must say I'm a bit disappointed as well. The single-player lacks identity and feels like a bunch of stuff mashed together, rather than one great experience.
Anyway, B+ is still a good score. The other guy on the 1up show (David Ellis) said on the 1up yours podcast that, that's what he would've giv...
Yea seriously PS3 is still in the lead in the US. If we were to call pretty much all those neck in neck leads a tie, since they were pretty much at most a 5-10k difference and both won pretty much the same amount of months. Then the two months with biggest differences were in June and September.
In June PS3 outsold 360 by 185.7k consoles (PS3 sold 405.5k and 360 sold 219.8), largely thanks to MGS4.

Of course if it were true, I'd be an even more happy LBP owner. Just don't get too excited you know?
All RTS are best played on a PC anyway, it's a shame developers don't utilize PS3's keyboard/mouse compatibility more. It would definitately be interesting to play RTSs on a big screen TV without the clunky controls (or in the case of EndWar, compromised gameplay).
I couldn't give a crap about the shooters. But inFamous, that looks like it'll be a very unique title. I really hope it makes it out next year.
Techincally all RPGs has this amount of hours if you wanna unlock everything there as well.
My favorite part was
"Amy has now met a new man. In World Of Warcraft."
