Really awsome of sony to step in like that. Thought this would never happen.
Maybe even include MK vs DC with that bundle (I know a bunch of ya don't dig it, but it's startin to look good).
Damn when I think about it, DC Comics is rising too.
This sucks. I moved to the US about 2 years ago from Norway, encouraging all my friends over there to get the PS3 so we could play together (still playin some Warhawk). It seems that's not possible with Home.
Hopefully I'll still be able to somehow invite them to my Home. Man, why do companies love to isolate the different regions.
"Nowhere in the article does it say it ISN'T coming to XBL via download. You GTFO."
Since you're obviously not intelligent enough to find the info by yourself (even though I've mentioned it in my reply). http://blog.us.playstation....
The quote
"Today we’re proud to announce another PlayStation exclusive for Burnout Paradise. This fall, we...
First off this wouldn't apply for Xbox Arcade (cause it ain't an arcade game) OR Xbox Originals (it's not an Xbox game, it's X360 game). In other words X360 has no place for full fledged X360 games.
Second, if you read the playstation blog which is written by the producer of the game he states "Today we’re proud to announce another PLAYSTATION EXCLUSIVE for Burnout Paradise."
Maybe you should take a second look before calling everyone fanboys no?
I don't really wanna sound like a fanboy or anything but the Rise Of A Ninja kinda sucks. It's basically a bunch of minigames and the controls got this weird lag/delay behind them (specifically the jump). Camera is REALLY bad, you will need to constantly adjust it more so than any other game considering you're jumping on and off buildings all the time (for the record, I had no problems with Ninja Gaiden's camera). Also sometimes they make you run all the way to the other side of the map only ...
lmao I just lost what little interest I had for this site. Seeing it was actually submitted by psdirect I've actually begun to hate the site.
It probably was a deciding factor for many but it seems the excitement died down. Apart from this article, have anyone seen any other article regarding the GTA IV DLC lately? And who is actually still interested in buying it?
As good as I felt GTA IV was, it didn't have anywhere remotely close to the depth of GTA San Andreas. After I finished GTA IV, I found myself leaving the game on the shelf. There was just too little interactivity with the world.
I'm really digging this game and it's very likely that i'll get it. But I do not see it as a system seller at all. I wouldn't buy a PS3 for it at least (I kinda did for MGS4 though).
Honestly I feel it became pretty much an action game in RE4 already. RE4 was not scary at all. The only time I felt some sense of fear was when the chainsaw people came at me, but it wasn't 'scary', it was more like 'oh crap, quick get the shotgun'.
RE4 was not scary at all and I do not see that happening with RE5 either. So in a way I actually would like to be able to move while shooting (though WALKING and NOT RUNNING, just because it makes it a bit slower paced and not anoth...
It's true I'm one of those people that care an awful lot about who's behind the games. Like Bayonetta, I wouldn't even take a second look if I didn't know that it was Hideki Kamiya and ex-Clover employees that made the game. I wouldn't care about Starcraft 2 or Diablo 3 (as they both just looks like they had a visual upgrade and nothing more) if it wasn't Blizzard who was behind them.
I care less about the new Tomb Raider because it's not the original developer. Even when HAZE ...
I'm a bit surprised no one mentioned Mythos. Although yea, it might not have all the advertisement and all but people may spread the word quite quickly (GTA 3 had almost no hype remember?). One of the biggest thing with this MMO is that it is free to play and low specs. Not to mention the game actually looks pretty good, looks basically like a Diablo MMO (but with a more cartoony colors, like WoW).
I would want it for pretty much all the Single-Player only games and the ones who has a big focus on single-player. Examples like Folklore, Uncharted and Ratchet & Clank for the first and GTA IV, MGS4 for the latter.
60$ is actually nothing compared to the amount of work put in to make a game. That said I tend to wait for the price to drop before I buy anything.
Oh and another way to look at it is "you can afford to pay for an HDTV and the console and you don't have another 10$ for the game you want?"
It's true that no one probably cares. Me personally dont care simply because Blizzard has proved themselves that they are capable and are likely to pull it off. On a sidenote I'll just add Warcraft 3 didn't have much of WC2 team.
Though I wouldn't say all ex-blizzard got a crappy record. You mentioned ArenaNet which made Guild Wars and is the second most popular MMO out (of the ones on the retailers shelf ofc). I also personally disagree with Mythos being your average mmo, I th...
Lol, funny how you say it's about a price war. If it really was about the price. X360 wouldn't need to lower their price as they are cheaper than the PS3. Not to mention that PS3 has been neck in neck in terms of sales so far this year (so far PS3 sold better 3 out of 5 months). It is and always has been about the GAMES (for most of us anyway).
On a sidenote I'll just add that the value per dollar for each machine is way higher on a PS3. Wii is basically just a GameCube with ne...
He was obviously very much misinformed. He talked about how 'quitting a game' and 'time/date display' as being MAIN features. Obviously in-game XMB was the MAIN feature with focus on trophies, in-game messaging and music. Obviously Trophies not being retroactive is a good thing as I could've just downloaded saved games for pretty much all the games and gotten the trophies for games I don't even have. Rest of his complaints, well my opinion about them is under.
To me this sounds...
since solution for 4 and 5 is already posted. Thought I put out a solution for nr 1. And here we go http://www.gamestop.com/Cat...
pretty cheap too
Game Informer also had release date of Spring 2009.
Shame too, I was really looking forward to it.
Saddest interview I've ever read. I wish Bill Roper and his co-workers the best.
