I think a review actually should be of a certain opinion instead of specifications. I mean I don't think anyone should give a higher score for something just because they were impressed some of the effects or animation or what have you. To me that's just BS. I think it would be great to have people who are not so obsessed with comparing one thing to the other too much, and just play the freakin game and say whether its good or not. Don't get too deep into analyzing the game. That&...
Man just by watching this video you can see how creative Cory Barlog (the GoW2 director) is. I really hope he releases a game soon. I personally thought he made the best GoW and really just this video with comments like "let me ask the belt" and the whole thing about Kratos' fatality reseting the game save, you can see he got a lot of creative fuel in his tank.
Anyway, despite me hating on HHG, I love his interviews. He poses some really great questions that no ...
yeah I was sick of the demo and I didn't even finish it (the demo).
"that is if people only bought one move controller per house hold."
This is incorrect. VGChartz estimated that only 25% of the standalone Move controller sales were for customers with a PSEye. This means that you can expect the rest of those sales (75%) to be for people who wanted a second (or third/fourth?) controller.
In any case it's all an estimate. Take every number with a grain of salt.
I'm starting to dislike cvg.com. I mean alright so we all hate Kotick but this just seems like throwing some oil on the fire just to get some clicks. I mean the headline is a BIG exaggeration of what he actually said. I would recommend people read Kotick's statement before making any abrupt judgment.
I mean I did not feel he said anything that is out of the ordinary for an exec guy. This is just CVG taking a couple of words out of his mouth, twisting them and then pu...
He should and honestly with the precision and almost lag-free controller that Move provides, it would probably make for a better game too.
Fallout 3 is a lot of fun if you like the game to begin with. Most of the trophies are the sidequests which has really good stories and fleshed out personalities. You're not truly experiencing Fallout 3 if you didn't get all the sidequests platinums.
I think the only other trophies are about collecting bobbleheads and etc. Easy stuff but boring. Good thing is though that if you actually do the sidequests a lot of the collectibles overlap so you could get two birds in ...
agree with both of u, lets vote the site down please. Let's try to root out the trash.
I think the PS2 Emu is not 100% complete and only supports certain titles and even then the titles might have issues running on the emulator. This is at least the case for the PS2 emulator for PC.
As for PSP, I'm sure they will as soon as PSP dies off. They don't wanna cannabalize their own market. One of the executives has actually said this. I think it was DualShockers interview with John something (John Hight?)
As a guy who's not a huge fan of Driving games. I found Driving Force GT to be extremely good. The materials feels good and the wheel feels good. I do wish the gear shifting had the 6 shift box but it's not that big of a deal to me. I did buy mine on craigslist for 40$ though so i guess it's much easier for me to justify the faults.
For the Driving Force GT (Gran Turismo branded wheel) the shifting is up and down.
This article is total bs and the wheels have been out for a LONG time. Not to mention the pictures are of the Driving Force GT and G27.
Wrong information all over the place. Please vote down the site.
I wonder what the Tier 1 group that helped make the game has to say about this.
EyePet got pretty good review from IGN (8/10 i believe). In any case it seems the majority agrees that the technology is impressive but lacks the proper software to showcase it. Give it another year, it might be a lot to ask but just think about it. It takes 2 years to develop a game and considering the SDK got released approximately a year ago, it's only natural that it would take another year to see proper Move games.
That said, I'm still quite excited for Kung Fu L...
It's actually quite different and pretty much the opposite. The article is actually trying to address the critics who thinks its wrong to allow you to play as a terrorist.
Author's idea? Make a Taliban mission made where the Taliban are portrayed as angry terrorist crazies so that we can appreciate the efforts of American troops.
I actually do wish someone would make a game that sheds some bad light on US. It seems every war game glorifies America's military force and its killings and in doing so also cuts down the respect for other countries. If only people could view the USA from the outside for one moment to realize that the US is the cause for a lot of shitty stuff too.
I don't get it. Here's Kudo's quote:
“Tracking your full body in 3D space,” he said “is a much different experience than just being able to track a couple of points in your hands.”
Sounds like a jab at PS Move to me but you can all decide for yourself.
*scratching my head*
Criterion did a pretty darn good job on Burnout Paradise didn't they? Also they're a power house from what I remember, creating their own middleware engine in the days before they became a part of EA.
Move can't do everything that Kinect does but it's pretty darn close. In fact, most of the Kinect games so far can easily be done on the PSEye, in fact some are pretty darn close to Eyetoy games (that's PS2).
Your statement about 50/100k buying a second controller is false. VGChartz has already taken that into account. They already estimate it to be 75% of all Move controller only sales to be as a second controller. This can be seen in their previous analysis of 140k sold.
Besides if you read the article you would know that the Move bundle alone sold 250k, which leaves very little room for your "50k was for second controller" and no room for "100k".
