Looking very nice. Graphics are pretty sweet also.
As expected, they waited until after Halo 4 to show off some gameplay. I was sort of disappointed that another Gears was coming out so soon (Gears 3 is still healthy online and feels great), but after watching this video and others, I'm very happy with it.

I'm not buying into this whole thing, as it means nothing. It depends more on who releases first, with what line-up of games and how much.
Alan Wake is magnificent, one of my favourite games of all time. It is highly regarded by both Xbox and PS3 gamers. Like Heavy Rain, they are system sellers for people interested in amazing stories.

While I do agree some people bought another console because of RROD, you are forgetting all of the repair jobs.
Also, RROD boosted the 360 sales? I find that so very hard to believe, as even my mother and sister (both not gamers) said to not buy a 360 because it gets a "red ring thingy".
The red ring is the only thing that stopped the 360 selling 80-90 million consoles by now. Think about it, it had a whole year start but ...

"Xbox 720" was searched more than "PS4", so they have made a prediction off of these facts. I don't think it is very accurate, but we will see when they are released.

Every gen has seen a different company as the most powerful. At the end of the day, it is up to the developers to give us something special. Last gen the PS2 was significantly less powerful than the Xbox, but somehow churned out games as good looking as FFX, God Of War, Killzone etc.

Not necessarily. I know that is what first comes to mind, but every game 'cuts' content. Just that 'some' of them re-package it as DLC, EA being one of the worst offenders.
No-matter what game you have played, content is cut for quality purposes. This generation though, some developers/publishers think that selling it after the game has released is fair.
I trust Ken Levine won't let that happen, at least if it is within his powers.

I love 100% completion, just as I went for it in older games like Ratchet and Clank. I just dislike it how some of the gamers I know are using a walkthrough for their FIRST playthrough, just to get silly collectables the artificially increase the games play-time.

I bought the limited edition, and downloaded the season pass. I haven't played Halo 4 for about 3 weeks, but when I went on it a couple of days ago to see if I could download the Map-pack, it shows I haven't even got the Season pass???
Anyone else have this issue? God I hate this download generation, so much f***ing Bullshit.

Agree and disagree. I am a trophy hunter (love saying that), but I also love the game regardless of trophies.
I just hate those people who buy easy-to-plat games. Play a game because you like it, the trophies are an extra sweet bonus. Hate how some people will sacrifice enjoying a game to get a stupid trophy. I always leave grinding trophies until after I have beaten the game and enjoyed the heck out of it.

TBH, I could not enjoy the SP or the MP. The MP was a laggy mess for me. The SP, while not necessarily bad, it was boring (at least for me).
Graphically, I think Crysis 3 will be the best looking game (after the mods are done with it), but I'd prefer I good story and better game-play. If I hear positive things about the story, I may just consider getting it.
