Imagine if it somehow tied in to the original Bioshock/Rapture setting? That would blow me away, I would have a panic attack.
I know they say they aren't connected, but that would be absolutley amazing.
I think if there was a game to get day 1, it is this. Purely because you wouldn't want some A$$ to ruin the ending.
Well said both of you.
Vita owners are very dedicated, and would most likely support it (by buying it). The problem is, are there enough people who would buy it for it to make money?
It is risky, for both 2K and Sony. So, understandibly so, it is a complicated issue to sort out an agreement that works out for both parties.
Hopefully this Christmas season sees a massive increase in Vita sales. Maybe if you buy a PS3 you get a discount on a Vit...
"One of the top indie games this gen!"
Absolutley agree. I was skeptical at first, as it was a really popular game, and I immediately thought of some weird fad type of thing.
I ended up buying it this year so I could finally see what all the fuss was about. It blew me away. Absolutely amazing. The feelings I got from the morbidity of children impaled and hanging, just evil silhouettes.
The puzzles were extremely difficult later on, ...
@Jinkies
I agree. This is coming from someone who loves The Walking Dead TV show, but I think the games have become too much of a fad, and the VGA's is well known to be a popularity contest.
Best game of the decade, and Wii Sports was nominated? Lol. That is disgraceful. Who voted? All of our mothers?
I just hope the FPS Walking Dead game isn't a cheap caash in, with outdated visuals. Oh wait, NVM, Activision is publishing it. FML.
This is the first time a 360 exclusive has won that I can remember. Good job to 343i.
I have to agree with Scholla, that there was not really much competition, but at least aesthetically, it is more beautiful than any game that came out this year or last year (the art team are amazing at their job).
Uncharted is sexist. There is some super sexy guy that is always on the cover ;)
That's the problem. I know PC will have the best version, but I can't afford a decent one. All I can play on PC is the occasional WC3 custom game lol.
Oh god Enter the Dragonfly was it? I freaking hate that. Also because a couple weeks after I bought it, I got another one as a present from a relative and didn't have the gall to ask them for something else.
I still have both of those copies as well. I swear it's like friggin Jumanji, I keep hearing them call out to me to finally complete them. NEVER!!
I really enjoyed the PS1 Spyro's though. Along with Croc and Croc 2 lol.
I agree with you, but at the same time we have seen some games that are marketed for their violence.
Bulletstorm, The Darkness 2 and Dead Island come to mind. I played them all, enjoyed them as well. But I have noticed a lot of marketing, more so than last gen, has been aimed at the brutality.
I suppose it is because with better graphics, violence looks more genuine.
Doom for instance, that was quite violent back then. But nowadays you get to...
Tea-bagging, while immature is an excellent strategy.
Most gamers are very competitive, and get worked up quite easily when humiliated by a t-bag/tea-bag.
Following that general rule, I will T-bag someone, and when they are angry the let their gaurd down. They will run to the same spot you killed them (if you are camping lets say), which givess you the opportunity to ambush them from elsewhere (observing the previous kill-spot from a new spot).
"Outside of one troll review, Halo 4 has been raved about by critics, with most gamers following suit."
Funny man. That made me laugh.
I would replace Just Dance 3 with Mark of The Ninja, and possibly squeeze in The Witcher 2 if I was allowed to count that as an exclusive.
God your avatar annoys me! Can that guy get a freaking hair-cut??
Every time I see it I want to punch him in the face. Aaaaargghhh!!!
I really, really hope this lives up to the hype.
Bioshock 1 was amazing. Not enough good things can be said about it. Bioshock 2 was good, but was more like an expansion to me.
This may sound a bit off topic, but is the PS3 the lead platform? They said it would be like over a year ago. I just want to know, as I haven't pre-ordered it yet, and would like to get the 'right' one.
For some reason, I just never liked it. I only played these types of games years ago at school when I was bored (albeit, cheaper flash game ones lol).
I don't dislike the trials games, I just wish I had the patience to beat them.
"Death penalty just for looking psychotic as shit."
I know. That guy looks FACKED UP!!! The guy on the left doesn't look that good either......
Seriously though, the guy on the left looks like Moe from The Simpsons ugly aborted child. Disssss-gusssss-tiiiinnngggggg !
Don't blame him! He is getting ready for his big Birthday party on the 25th.
They were both retarded. This isn't fact either. It's not like if we developed a super computer with a 10 million IQ it could tell us what has better games.
They are both super cheap atm, if people don't have both AND are involved in fanboy BS, they need to grow up and get a job.
Agreed. TBH, I don't care for Minecraft either, but I can agree on that. Never liked or disliked the trials games, just not for me.
Dust and Mark Of The Ninja for sure. Can't play TWD over here (Australia), but I love the show.
Or Osama
Ken Levine is like Peter Molyneux, except for one difference; He knows his sh!t.
