I subscribe to GameInformer, but they are F***ing corrupt.
The original online review for Blops2 was an 8.5. When the issue came out, suprise suprise, the game was reviewed instead by the editor, who gave it a 9.25.....the EXACT SAME score Halo 4 got. In other words, Activision said they HAD to give their shooter a score at least equal to the competition.

And now, 2 months later they are going to give it the original score, which is waaay after anyone who considered g...

For my little brothers silver account, they always have deals to entice you to get gold. $2 for 2 months has happened a few times, and other $1, 1 month specials.

The family pack is great also. I don't mean to sound like a drone, but I do hope that they incorporate some of the great sales and deals that PS+ subscribers get. I am loving the 12 days of Christmas sale on XBL though. Great.

I myself got The Witcher 2, Halo 4, Mark of The Ninja, Deadlight, Dust: An Elysian Tail and Alan Wake's American Nightmare.

I don't care for Forza, but Horizon is pretty good based off of the demo I played and what other people have been saying.

I thought this year was better than last for the 360, which I suppose is not saying THAT much, but I was happy. PS3 also had an average year this year, but at least next year wil...

"You sound like a TR fanboy..."

Just what I'd expect a fanboy to say. I have not played any of the Tomb Raider games, so you are in fact wrong.

"dumbass not everyone needs to play a game before they know it's for them or not. I've been gaming for god knows how long."

Except my issue was not about whether you would enjoy the game or not, but rather HOW you could judge the games story if you have not played it. E...

I think it is quite clear where he has been touched. I don't think his dads name is 'ND' either.......

Story? Game-play mechanics? You are so stupid.
Fair enough you can judge the graphics, but how the hell can you judge the other 2?

I think it won't top Uncharted, but you are doing exactly what this article is supposed to be defending; pointlessly claiming one game is better than the other, when one has not been released yet.

People need to think before they speak. You come off as an immature little fanboy geek TBH.

TBH, Darksiders 2 had some issues with climbing, like getting stuck on walls, or the hookshoot (forgot deaths one) targeting t=the wrong thingy etc. It was a good game, could have been better.

While I don't really love Ubisoft by any means, they are better than the 2 big scum-bag publishers, and at least they know how to get their climbing right (Prince of Persia, Assassin's Creed, and pretty much every other Ubisoft game that incorporates climbing and scaling).

Quantum Theory. Bad game. Fact.

I know people say "opinions aren't wrong", but Quantum Theory is the exception to that rule. Wow. That game wouldn't have met the quality standards in the 'Pong' era.

Fucking terrible game. I'd play Fallout, I Am Alive for sure. To hell with Rage, that game bores me.

Oh yeah, Metro 2033 definitely.

Probably the ONLY game that would guarantee a day one purchase from me. Don't get me wrong, I love Halo and Gears, but I can live without them for a while.

One of my favourite games of all time, not just this gen.

I loved it. One of my favourite games. Despite its repetitive game-play, every challenge felt different, and had great atmosphere. A true masterpiece IMO.

I never understood why gamers, mainly this gen, have been bitching about cut-scenes. Growing up with Warcraft, Starcraft, Diablo, Final Fantasy, I LOVED when a cut-scene came up. It breaks up the game, it feels like a well earned reward.

Alan Wake (AND American Nightmare) are 2 of my favourite games this ge...

I have a feeling that this game will only run smoothly if you live in one of those lucky countries with half-decent internet. Which is pretty much every country above the southern hemisphere lol.

Looks promising. Definitely interested.

Lol @"is it worth it".

Seriously though, I haven't downloaded it yet either. I heard it gets pretty good support (patches, updates etc) which is quite impressive, seeing as how most retail games and other big games abandon their MP like wankers.

I would also like to know if it is "worth it", so to speak.

@Sp1d3ynut

Hell no. In saying that, I don't think Sony or Nintendo should either. It would piss off too many people if it went exclusive.

I wouldn't want it to go to EA or Activision. Ubisoft is a maybe, I mean they have went pretty weird with all their dance games, shovelware and Assassin's Creed milking.

2K would be the bes IMO. But Ubisoft would do.

Or........ it could continue to exist, and keep making us piss ourselves at how tragically bad this shit-wreck has became.

"It's better to complain before hand then after."

That would be breaking the number one rule in gaming journalism; "Drool over every product, even if it is blatantly obvious that it sucks donkey d!ck, so we can recieve advertising/MONEY!!!"

Seriously, gaming journalists are scum-bags. Not saying this guy, just in general.

You don't know a game sucks until you play it, as some of the worst games ever released are g...
