Wow. This is pathetic. I am an achievement hunter, and I don't care whether it is included in the 1000g or not (in this case it isn't), but PAYING for achievements is f***ing low. What a dog act on both GAME and Microsofts part.

Sony could easily pull it off for their first party games, as no-one would boycott them. The problem is the third parties going along with it.
The online pass for Resistance 3 is ana example, except now it would be blocking the entire game.

I hope the amazing ending to Bioshock Infinite Ken was talking about somehow ties the Infinite Universe into the Original rapture one, despite saying that they aren't supposed to be in the same universe when the game was first announced.

Day 1 buy for me. I, like many others, don't buy too many games day 1. But ask yourself this; Can you afford for the ending to be spoiled??
THAT is why I am getting it day 1. Looks absolutely amazing so far. Irrational is one of the few elite developers I respect and support.
Zelda is amazing, constantly evolving. I would like to see a realistic looking one, but at the same time I wouldn't. Nevertheless, I think it is time for a more mature take. Playing any of the Zelda games and you can see that they play with some pretty dark ideas, and I think it will be a great showcase of Nintendo's dedication to gamers (who expect innovation) whilst also showing off some sweet graphical capabilities.

I think people have been asking for ages for a Ninja/Japan or a Samurai/China (Either is fine, I'd prefer a more dark samurai game as there is no shortage of ninja games).
All in all, I am tired of Assassin's Creed games, as good as they are, but something like this would really freshen it up.
Hopefully they release The Witcher 1 on Xbox and PS3 as originally planned. I have The Witcher 2 on 360, and they showed console devs how it is done. One of the best looking games out there.
If everyone and their mother didn't pirate the game on PC, I have no doubt that

In Alan Wake you spend nights in the woods, being chased down by possessed beings that are trying to brutally murder you, and it gets to you. Pretty scary shit. Then when you get to share some sections with Barry, it is a freakin huuuge relief and life-saver.
It felt to me like finding a Dr pepper machine in the middle of the desert. Never forget that game and the amazing feelings I got.
Crysis was saved by its graphics. Gears of war was saved by its gameplay. Heavy Rain was saved by its story.
It was intended to be about story, so yes I'd say so. Only played episode one and it was amazing. Hopefully my country gets the retail release.

I go to midnight launches, and I think a better reward would be a poster or extra little download codes (themes and such).
I am opposed to this idea as it is was purposely set up so that it would prey on those achievement hunters OCD behaviours. As I said, it may mean nothing to most people, but where to these people draw the f***ing line.
