Actually, Dead Space 1 and 2 sold weapon packs as well, which made completing the game a cake-walk (already was considering the cheats).

Again, that does not include the Billion dollars they make off xbl subscriptions. That chart is actually a good sign, as most of the losses happened early this gen. Now that the Xbox brand is well known, they have lept over a massive hurdle, brand recognition.
Basically, Sony and Microsoft need to both be smart next-gen, which means potentially less risks (like sequel after sequel, less new IP's).

8gb of RAM is very believable, as the console will have much of it reserved for the OS and Kinect (rumoured up to 3-4gb reserved for them, so maybe only 4-5gb for games).

If the latest supposed accurate rumours are to be believed, the PS4 will be more of a games machine, while the extra RAM of the Xbox will make it much more functional all round (albeit, with weaker power for games).

One of my favourite games of all time. I actually loved AM and would go so far as to say it is the best title I have downloaded off the XBLM. I beat it in one night (American Nightmare)and it felt more like a light retail game. Awesome stuff.
I also find it funny that the main complaint for this game was its repetitiveness and game-play, yet the game that released alongside this, Red Dead Redemption had worse game-play (man it was quite bad) and was arguably more repetitive....

No need to reply to him, as many xbox fans are saying the same thing. Although, this MIGHT not be a day 1 purchase. I still play Gears 3 online, because as far as I'm concerned, no 3rd person shooter can match the gameplay from it. It is pretty well perfect, and I doubt PCF will be able to do better, maybe just different.
The way I see it is the only way we will have better game-play is if EPIC do it themselves next-gen.
