That's what everyone was thinking when they saw the game-play videos. Plus, it is right before the PS4 comes out (most likely). I think it will look as good as some 3rd party games early next-gen. I know people always say don't hype up a game because it might fail, but this is Naughty Dog. Even before the amazing Uncharted games they were rocking the PS1 with Crash and PS2 with Jak.
Still waiting on UnKarted though. One can dream right?

Have not played Dota2, but LoL was fun for a while. It is too casual, and most the heroes play the same, just their moves are a teeny bit different.
Most people I know were turned off Dota2 because it required skill. LoL is very easy to pick up, and there is not much content, just stupid're-skins. Overrated game IMO. Tje fa s are also extremely immature and cbf speaking English most games.

I hear ya. Typical experience for me nowadays. But we always end up going to them because they get the best 'exclusive' editions, at least in my country anyway. Gaming is not a cheap hobby, so I might have to start looking around more. Paid $128 for the Darksiders 2 collectors edition, and on there 'mad monday' sale, they were selling them for $60 a couple months later.

They need to be more price competitive. Also, a lot of the stores have bad customer service. The other day I pre-ordered GOW Ascension (yeah, I caved in after watching some videos), and the guy asks; "for what console?". I'm sorry, but If you don't know what console GoW Ascension is on, you can't be a gamer.

I think these articles are good. It can only help the cause in making XBL free, so you should be happy. I played Halo 4 for two solid weeks after its release, only touched it again last week. Did Ep3 and 4 of Spartan ops, it is actually really fun. Need to do ep 5 (tonight) then download the 2gb other eps.

For this game? Lol. This game failed quite badly, even though it looked like it would be awesome. One of the most disappointing games I have played in ages. It also copied TWD in few places, but I won't mention them in case of spoiling this ridiculous story.
The game had gorgeous visuals, but the game-play sucked harder than Paris Hilton, and tne story was very mediocore, albeit the ending was alright, but at that stage I did not care.

Well, until everyone has super fast internet, how is cloud going to be that big? Sure, on pen and paper it looks good, but what if someone starts downloading? Oh, that's right, you will have to play the game in sub-hd resolution if at all.
Games are getting bigger, while our internet is staying basically the same. A lot of countries don't even have fibre-optic internet.
Pretty cool achievements. Look fairly tame compared to the other Gears games. All depends on how difficult the stars will be to earn on insane. Also, tne ones for 're-upping' should be quite easy for any Gears fan, but they will be almost impossible if there are no dedicated servers for people who live in the asia-pacific.
I think Alien Noire sounds cool. I still want a 'real' Prey 2 that continues Tommy's story. The Prey 2 we know looks super awesome, but I think it shouldn't recieve the number treatment. Sorta like Super Mario Bros 2 (eeew). It is a spin-off for sure, even though Tommy is included.
Loved the first Prey. Was extremely excited when I came across this article. I hope it releases later this year, so it doesn't get consumed by other titles. It needs a good marketing and hype train going. I was positive it was going to be put on hold for god knows how long. Day 1 buy from me. That Johnny Cash trailer was wicked.
I'll reserve Judgment for Dead Psace 3. GameInformer are well known to give big games high scores, as the company who owns them needs the game sales. This is comimg from a GI subscriber, I just don't think their reviews hold much merit tbh.
