i certainly think 08 is a possibility since they already have the game engine and tons of experience with it cuts out alot of the time the first one took.
yup fanboys of every side put their arms to unite behind this. it is easy to see we are all gamers no matter what console you own when you have a common enemy- ignorant media people (or jack thompson).
although i agree with you but there are a small percentage of people who have interacted with other nationalities and that is where their predujice comes from, their mistake in my opinion is that they make generalizations of their whole population based on the interaction with a few of that nations citizens.
What i have never understood is why it is such an issue. i mean really it is very easy to mute someone in any XBL game. what people should focus on if they want to is why people are doing it, answer: they have an anonymous outlet to say what they think, wether they mean the comments they make or do it for attention the fact is you strip away accountablility and you really see the way people are. focusing on the fact they say these things is looking at a symptom not the problem.

i remember that game it rocked, and for the time had some awsome graphics, put mario and sonic to shame.
i actually liked the 4v4 in gears, it kept the insane everyone on top of everyone stuff down that happens in other games and it made your life that much more important. huxley is going to be awsome we really need to see some stuff from that.
i don't have either blu-ray or hd dvd yet so i dont' care about the format war but you do realize that they are coming out with new blu-ray revisions to try and match the features already found on any HD DVD right?

why can't we get call of duty 5 future warfare. i don't think there has been an FPS in a long time that used future-istic weapons (not overblown weapons like in UT3) in a real setting. the developer could watch future weapons on the discovery and take ideas from there. make it real not fantasy. that would be cool.
well if you think about it by the time blu-ray definitivly wins out it will be very close to time for the next generation of consoles (within a year or two) so why not wait. also MS is pushing digital downloads (which they already have available) so why would put development time into adding on a blu-ray drive. the HD-dvd drive was probably in the planning not long after the get go. i can see why they wouldn't make one, the business argument just isn't strong enough however in the next round ...

this is probably very true even though it was meant to be a joke. when was the last time the higher education system in this country did anything correct or efficently (other than take your money). heck half the people in most computer science classes should be teaching the professor not the other way around.

yes i agree these people waited too long however, someone asked why gamestop and nintendo would do this. answer- for one of these you have to pay full price for the wii which will add to nintendos numbers in the 4th quarter and gamestops profits, so basically they are selling stuff that they haven't moved but they got the dough so it counts.

i agree completely. i was thinking the same thing that last few nights. in halo 3 i had to fight to win free for all matches, in COD 4 its so easy it isn't fun anymore with any weapon. i definitly need to pick up halo 3 again. at least until frontline:fuel of war comes out.
