well first of all MS did make mention of the wii, when they were going through their usual sales numbers, both hardware and software, they talked about wii and the ps3 so this article fails right there. i don't see how either MS or sony could be scared of 4 more mario does this then mario paper that no story at all kiddie games. 10yr old little girls don't have alot of money for games where MS yesterday basically let me know i am going to be spending a ton this fall on some awsome new games. ...
what a great show, especially the netflix thing. my wife will love the new scene it and GOW2 looks awsome. I could care less about final fantasy but it was a great show lots of other things to get excited about. although i was really really hoping for killer instinct 3, guess rare was too busy with the kiddie games. where was bungie in all of this? i was hoping for a taste of something form them too.

it actually took a few screen shots before i realized which was the game and which was the movie, props to them for that. but yeah there are some big time obvious rip offs there. like that game just got yanked for copying oblivion.

its EA, they are involved in some way with the game and this is their standard MO. you buy game, find out of game majorly buggy, EA doesn't care they already have your money, rinse lather repeat. they do this with nearly every game their involved in as the developer or publisher so this shouldn't surprise anybody.
yeah, if they think those are next gen visuals they obviously haven't played a next gen shooter. put resistance or gears 1 or COD4 (i am specifically quoting previously released games) up next to it and it looks pretty bad. lets not even compare what we are getting in same time frame as this game (gears 2, resistance 2, killzone 2). it actually looks alot like halo 2 graphics wise.
Yes but everyone on n4g loves to nail games now adays for boring or lame stories etc... nintendo is the worse with stories, how many damn times is that princess going to get kidnapped? or like the few popular wii games (wii sports i am looking at you) have no story at all.
yeah WW2 is way over done. unless there is a drought of other games at the time i think COD5 is a pass. any news on COD6 though?
i can't stand the dynasty warrior games,,, all you do is hit the square button over and over, heck you could tape the button down and walk away and come back a few hours later and the game would be beaten. but i didn't play the new dynasty warrior so i can't say for sure... but yes the wii has a ton of shovel ware. i noticed they missed the buger king game "sneak king" on the list. wow that game was mega bad.
don't take this the wrong way but did you really expect "Playstation The Official Magazine " to give the ps3's flagship title for the year anything other than a 5/5. not exactly a non-biased source.

exactly most reviews are on a close to final build, about the only thing that changes after that are control tweaks and bug fixes. so they gave it an 8 which is more than worthy of a purchase, so wait buy it and then decide how much fun it actually is (no demo so you have to rent it or take the plung). if you enjoyed the previous games chances are you will like this one to so buy it. it is because this is a high profile game and sony fanboys are passionate about their console so they will def...
awsome,,, one of the really fun weapons in halo 3 was the flame thrower, it was extremely well balanced there by moving slower and having a short range which made you pick up the flame thrower and stay in the confied corridors if you didn't you were dead. flame throwers rock, if they give it shotgun range that would balance it out pretty well.
nothing exciting so far we didn't know about but it is still 100% better than nintendos this morning.
