Really? How? I've only been able to trade TF2 items in the beta.
I wonder why developers like Naughty Dog/Guerrilla are able to make graphical powerhouses (when compared to the 360) yet never complain about memory issues?
He must be stuck developing on the PS3 like it's a PC.
Both games will be good, but DX:HR will be memorable for years to come.
I've done enough playtests, DX:HR is a truly unique experience.
I totally get your point--and it's a good one at that.
I'd argue that it's important to subscribe to the developers original vision. A good developer should hold enough QA and Beta testing to really flesh out their vision. If 6 months after release they're living in message boards writing down every criticism then patching the game then well, they've already failed.
I buy games 'day one' to play day one. If a developer can't de...
Nintendo's obviously trying to play in favour of 3rd parties. A closer look at their '5-million sellers' proves they're all Nintendo games--except Just Dance 2.
Don't get me wrong, Nintendo's amazing, but gamers know you buy a Nintendo system for Nintendo games. The company's kidding themselves if they think 3rd parties will flock to the Wii (or Wii-U) like they do the PS3/360.
...day one.
Can someone explain to me why MARCH 10 is on the page? Is this old? I don't get it.
I run with this. It upped my k/d ratio from 1.01 to 1.025. Totally worth it.
This actually looks pretty well done. But damn, I totally thought a new game was announced =(
Kotick did ask if there was a market--meanwhile praising the Vita. In fact, he said:
"Technically, we're super excited about what we can do on it, it's really something incredible. The question is, where is the market? I think the pricing was surprisingly affordable, the product itself is really great – so the questions is, is there a need in the marketplace for a very specialised portable device of that capability? Hopefully there will be..."
You make an interesting argument, but I'm not sure cloud gaming is coming in 2014. Maybe elements of cloud, but we'll still have consoles. There simply isn't enough infrastructure to support fast, lag-free gaming.
Judging by your comment history I smell "fanboy".
The PSP market is for gamers who want next-gen in their hand. Not 100% touch, not only 3D, not gimmicky--just good tech + good games in your hand.
That alone will help the Vita sell. Being "too late" suggests there's something else out there. Unless you consider iPhone gaming the pinnacle of handheld's, outside of the original PSP there's nothing.
I wish PSN allowed this.
Not really. The PC thrived during the huge SNES -> PSX -> N64 days. If PC can figure out how to make PC-only titles, they could all co-exist and succeed.
A beta for Halo 4 means it's looking at a 2012 release date. Since we haven't seen any gameplay, that means there will probably be a big unveiling at E3 2012--when was the last time a huge game was shown for the first time at an E3 then released any a few months later?
It's fake, and 4 teh hitz.
I thought this game died? I know I traded it in after a week. What a loss.
I'm running it on 'High' @ 1080p. No framerate issues here.
Intel i3 @ 3.9Ghz
Nvidia GTX 460 @ 820Mhz
4GB DDR3
Many games try to pull this off, and often the results are superficial.
Deus Ex actually allows for dynamic conversations. That is, there are say three dialog choices, then three more choices for each of those choices. And your options for conversation change as you learn more about the character and their situation. Even during the conversation you can change your mind and steer the dialog in a totally different direction. It's hard to describe, but it's great to pla...
Reading the last four paragraphs gave me chills.
Day one.
u mad bro? your loss, the game screams GOTY.
@budget: I'm not a PC gamer. I'm a gamer. Period. One version having better lens flares won't prevent me from enjoying what looks to be an incredible experience on any platform. So like I said, your loss.
