No kidding! You'd think they'd just spend the extra 20 minutes of coding to add that change. A 20-minute change that for many gamers affects their entire 10-15 hour+ experience.
Yes. Great game but they seriously overlooked the axis problem. It makes the game cumbersome to play for those who game inverted (ie. all the pros).
I remember this game. I used to play it...back in TWO THOUSAND AND FOUR.
Wow. F2P MMO GOTY.
What a classic.
Killzone 3 map packs are like 6 bucks.
I miss the 90's when you had to blow into the cartridge for it to load.
WAHT?! Not all gamers speak english?! Amazing.
Nice review. I was curious about this headset. Google translate ftw.
Because making a Japanese account and struggling through the store just isn't worth it to some people (me included).
Maybe I should dust off FF13. I'm near the end, just didn't have the heart to finish it...so dissapointing.
Yeah, I seriously have no idea what it is. Is it a strange interactive anime? Border-line hentai for the mainstream? A crappy puzzle game? What is it?
Astro's vs PX5 debates are terribly subjective. I've heard people complain about Astro quality, heard people bash PX5's audio, etc.
In the end, the Astro's are not as wireless as the PX5's, and the audio presets are great for different games (ie. Killzone 3 sounds great with bass, Uncharted with high treble, etc.)
Too bad it's only 360/PC when many other companies are doing multi-system headsets (Trittion, Turtle Beach, etc).
KZ3 is most definitely one of the best games I've played this year. If you liked KZ2, you'd be lying to yourself if you didn't enjoy KZ3.
Agreed, nice work.
And no 64DD? =(
This is why independent journalism matters. Most people don't give a damn about Power A (or even know who they are).
Great article. Thanks for the info.
~ Sincerely, gamers.
Just 360? Too bad. Most big names are doing multi-console headsets.
I've pre-ordered it--twice, at two different stores. Just to make sure I get the Augmented Edition.
You're right, it's harder to compare with friends (Sony's XMB is at times clunky and slow).
In contrast though, Gamerscore isn't an accurate reflection of skill, rather--like it was said--how many games you can buy.
Example:
Someone who plat's/1000's three games:
360: 3000 GS
PS3: Level 7
Someone who rents 10 games, gets a ton of easy achievements/trophies (equivalent to 3K GS)...
FTFY:
Heres a list of things that DRM stop:
- Paying customers from enjoying their game without jumping through hoops, waiting for DRM-free patches, or putting up with a lag show, ie. framerate-killing DRM.
Finish.
