If the EsRam had been 64 or even 128mb it would have made the tech race much closer. The performance of the EsRam has never been the issue its the size. Unfortunately I understand graphical programming more than most on here (it feeds my kids). Yes the PS4 can do that, but only with 100% of its resources setup to do just that face. I dont know about you, but Iike my games to be about a little more than looking at a face.

I was like "what? - this was out at launch!!!" Then read it. Didn't realise it wasn't out everywhere.
It's good but hopefully its ready as it goes live for the us. I mean at launch the mouse cursor came up at certain points and various bits of text even used the word mouse. It was a serious rush port.

Ps4 version seems OK.game is not perfect buy its not bad. A solid 8.
If a version number rollover on the engine libraries requires a rewrite of all of the associated code they are doing it wrong. Source : me a professional software engineer.
If they can do it at a good price I would think they would have more luck with that right now. With a view to pushing the PS4 in a few years once the price of production is down.
For me a few things come to mind.
1) yes its a massive population but how much of that massive population is actually in a position to purchase a modern console. My completely uninformed gut tells me this is a small percentage, however thats most likely still a big number in actual people.
2) How much of an issue is the ill feeling between the two nations and will it actually have an impact on the purchasing of products. Without being there and part of that ...
Embargo's are only for outlets that sign them. Keep in mind this game will have been delivered to stores this week. Its entirely possible that being tied to a shop they got a retail copy and reviewed it. I mean my copy got shipped on Friday so let's say they were in stock wed / Thurs its very possible someone from cex who is not bound to the normal embargo TCS played it over the past 4 days.
Just because its before the embargo does not mean the review is not of the actual game. Rember reviewers still have the game they are just not allowed to release their review yet. Ffs many many people have had it delivered yesterday already (me included). I am in the 8-9 camp myself but only 2 hours in so not really fair to comment.
Got my copy posted yesterday and came in the post this morning (UK) wishing the damn kids to bed so I can spin it up and play.

Having said that if it looks like FM5 thats cool, it is what it is, Didnt play the first one so I am interested in how the gameplay stacks up. Seems to be a lot of love.
