I remember when I thought the "next gen" consoles could handle 1080P...
Haha.
No, it's not the END OF the STORY... the "consumer" in this case has consumed absolutely nothing. None of you played the game yet. So, your feedback that developers "have to pay attention to" is null and void. And your ultimatum is hilarious.
Sorry!
Instead of forming a half-a$$ed opinion based on something you haven't yet experienced, get your gaggle of armchair critics to go after Call of Duty devs and have them actually do some...
That was his point brainchild. It was satirical.
Love it. All of you armchair critics. Is Titanfall going to be the next GTA Online? Just a bunch of people inflating their chests and whining about something just because developers tried something new?
Wait for the game to come out before forming an opinion. 6 v 6 means NOTHING... I could think of conceptual 1 vs 1 or 2 vs 2 multiplayer games that would be more fun than the recycled Call of Duty garbage that gets released each year.
6 vs 6 with hypothetical...
To be fair, that WAS the Wii... any IP that gets flushed down the toilet and lands on a Nintendo console could be turned into a hilarious YouTube video.
Serious developers are avoiding the Nintendo platforms like the plague.
But, to your point, that was hilariously bad... I'm just trying to save face for the Far Cry IP. 3 was amazing!
Yes! I've always wanted someone to develop a mobile phone Rambo game!
Wait... was that a PS3 box at the end?
BRACE YOURSELVES FOR HILARIOUSLY NEGATIVE REVIEWS & YOUTUBE VIDEOS!
Didn't Molyneux make those same claims for Fable 1?
Hahahaha... seriously though, I don't know if I can trust anything else that man is responsible for.
Hahahaha... yes! I just bought the Alpha today. I am glad to hear that they are taking their time and doing it right.
It will make the next DayZ (new engine) even better when they make the foundation for the standalone solid.
Agreed. I liked it a lot... the only issue was the confined feeling of all the levels, paired with the lack of "random fun" you could have in previous titles.
- The birthday party/pool party map in Blood Money
- The airport level in Hitman 2
- The Chinese assassination in Hitman 1
They need to dig up these old, open levels that people would play over and over again and figure out WHY.
Layering that on top of Absolut...
Impressive. If they pair the physics/slow mo of Fight Night, with a better control system (Per JohnnyTower's comment), this could be one of the few reasons to jump into the next gen console arenas.
With Titanfall and Watch Dogs on PC, I haven't even considered a new console until now.
Or just invest in the alpha for $10 - $20, check it out from time to time, and then you will own the beta/full version once released.
Always reward those who innovate.
Skip COD Ghosts and invest 1/3rd of that into an innovative new title that may actually cause more than one or two synapse to activate.
Or perhaps even wurst.
Not yet... the technology is available (Red Faction)... I barely* count the destruction in Battlefield; they are either detuning it to prevent bugs or the engine is severely limited.
I have faith that games on the horizon will actually take advantage of the physics engines (for both environments and character models) that have been in tech demos for years.
No... sorry sir,
I love how we are labeled the "Master Race" and jealous of console owners. Most of us PC enthusiasts are extremely patient people... sometimes we have to wait for console versions, sure, but, just know that when they do come out - they run CIRCLES around the console versions.
I have GTA V for 360... it's great. Will I buy it on PC day 1? Yes! Because it will be SIGNIFICANTLY better. 1440P, hi tex res, AA, filtering, 60 FPS... th...
Epic Replay Editor - GTA:O Character importing - Insanely better graphics - Mods...
If they released it with an open mind and Steam Workshop/Cloud support, that's the only way it could get even better.
In Germany, Wednesday IS Tuesday.
In Russia, Tuesday has been eliminated completely, they are down to 6 day weeks now.
I'd say that just about confirms it 100%.
All the hype? Yeah, everyone is too busy playing GTA:O...
Hasn't this modded version of the glitch been around for awhile? We just have someone playing Robin Hood now.
Sorry Dmarc, we will simply have to agree to disagree. The reason we sit at polar opposites is because you seem to:
- Equate vague announcements to promises with deadlines
- Expect a list of reasons to explain a delay, when no delay actually exists (feel free to find a single source/video/quote indicating heists would be available upon launch)
- Complain, and then claim you aren't complaining. Even in your first post; 2 of the 4 sentences...
I don't know why you got 4 disagrees... apparently those people all have cinema displays or don't mind black bars!
