We must be playing different games then! Or perhaps you spend too much time stalking 14 year olds?
The first round of DLC should* be hitting later this week. Chill.
I've always wanted Kinect to allow for shoveling feces... FINALLY!
Hahaha, well translated sir.
Rockstar actually just changed everything for you andrewsqual... good job buddy!
From the R* news wire:
"Due to one of our greatest fans, andrewsqual, and his recent post on N4G.com - it has convinced us to completely halt all development on GTAV. Although our shareholders may not be happy with this decision based on GTAV breaking every sales record in the industry, teeming with online activity, and millions of fans anxiously awaiting new DLC and online...
Given that BF4 is largely recycled from BF3 (not as bad as COD, but, pretty bad)... this would seem to be inexcusable to me.
Yet, the negativity and the extremely immature/entitled whining around GTA: Online makes this feel like EA/DICE are getting off easy.
So, the moral of the story is:
- If you build something NEW, AMBITIOUS and HUGE... if there's an error, it is the end of the world and everyone will complain constantly and still t...
There's a learning curve for sure, but, I've played plenty of games with far worse mechanics.
IV had a steep learning curve as well. I put in about 50 hours by now for GTA V and I am JUST now able to drive well.
Too ambitious? What? No... terribly under optimized? Yes!
So... this guy is recommending against flying helicopters or planes because of Rockstar's "control issues"? Haha, he even sinks to the level of correlating failed flying videos on YouTube to make it sound like it is normal to suck at flying.
Sorry bro, there are races where you fly jets/helis... and a FLIGHT SCHOOL in single player... it's not necessarily easy, but, flying in GTAV is cakewalk when compared to Battlefield.
Don't make a l...
Buy it, or don't buy it... you have the option. Complaining is pointless.
This is e-tail 101 folks. Start the pricing high and see what happens. They will likely discount the Shark cards in conjunction w/ releasing DLC. Particularly DLC that has a lot of attractive/expensive/unique merchandise.
The possibilities are endless with GTA:O's evolution... however, it seems that Rockstar GREATLY underestimated the patience of their audience.
Not officially - someone dug into the code and found prices corresponding with the shark cards. It appears Rockstar modified these price points.
@ ZBlacktt
No offense to you, or any of the level 60 - 70+ people out there... but, some things you may want to consider:
- Rockstar has been battling bugs and glitches simultaneously, something that clearly caused a delay with their patches/stimulus/expansions/DL C
- If Rockstar didn't have to battle with people cheating/exploiting, they may have been able to inject new content by now
- Last, but not least, I don't t...
The Start of the Decline?
Ummm... sorry, I think this started when they re-released the same game the 3rd or 4th time.
... or play them.
I think it is fresh and exciting... perhaps you didn't find all 14,003 collectibles yet?
Once you collect all of the feathers and peg legs, things REALLY start to get interesting.
You are acting like the EXACT same formula has been used in each game, on the same engine, since inception.
Oh. Wait.
Yeah, you are right.
Hey Kwiet - you are right. Zero consideration for the past, present and future of Rockstar... as well as the level of ambition for GTAV.
Most people seemingly have nothing better to do than whine. I have no idea what they expect, the majority literally complain about everything. Do you want a refund? An apology? Someone to write to you and say "Wow! You really helped me out, i finally realized that I just don't like things thanks to your myopic opinions!" It'...
Here's the issue:
1. Load screens? Times? This can be remedied very easily (360 specific fix)
- Install the install disc like normal
- Pop a 16 GB thumbdrive into the 360, reformat it
- Install the game disc to the thumbdrive
- Load times get cut by 50%+
- I am ALWAYS the first to join a lobby when we carryover after a mission vote screen, by a solid 30 seconds (so, I still need to wait of course, but* at least when I lea...
MURIKA!
Silly question, but, could this glitch be used to hijack other people's cars or high-end cars w/ trackers on them as well?
The title does suggest "Any Car" - I'd imagine this would add a whole new element to the resale glitch that people are exploiting.
This is like saying "More money is good and so is a faster car"...
Haha. Of course the next gen version of GTA will be epic! Bringing your characters/bank account/cars over from GTA Online will be even better.
I bet they will let you "rent" properties from any city you aren't currently living in. So, one property per location in GTA Online = recurring rental revenue deposited into your account...
Well, they are adding more to do and will likely address the "difficulty" of money-making (personally I don't think it's very tough... $100k legit in a 1-2 hour session is not too hard). Also, don't forget that there are large, currently dormant casinos - that would be a fun way to make some paper.
So.. that would address your concerns. Doesn't sound like a "massive overhaul" at all. In fact, I think all of this will be taken care of.
