Truly inspired. I'd go for that.
Ghostbusters, Men in Black, The Matrix, The Mummy, X-Men.
Any movie franchise is fair game, but we'd have to remember that these games will be made kiddy friendly, the likes of Saw, Lethal Weapon & Die Hard would be last resorts.
So it's not permitted to dislike CoD huh?
There have been 4 CoDs in 4 years, each one has had very similar issues that have never been fully addressed. Considering the amount of money that the CoD franchise has accumulated, we should not be seeing these kind of problems again & again.
There are many other reasons why myself and others dislike CoD and it's now getting tiresome that whenever we comment on a CoD article (which is well within our righ...
It may be different devs working on MW3, but as I've said before it's still the same puppet master.
Activision will not change anything substantial as they will consider it risky.
I would expect the same lag and glitches that have been common since MW1, let's face it, they've had 3 titles since then to put things right.
While I appreciate what you are saying I can't help thinking that your issue with PSN is fuelled by the media that has jumped on the anti Sony bandwagon we have seen lately.
Yes, personal data has been stolen. The credit card data was encrypted and therefore safe, PSN was shut down so the password data was useless, as for the rest, that kind of information is legally obtainable anyway if not found elsewhere on the internet.
The UK government has left more...
With that kind of logic you are better off staying away from the internet altogether, your information is at risk wherever it is.
If Sony's security was that bad we would of heard about it by now considering there were external security companies involved in investigating what happened. One little sniff from an anti Sony fanboy and it would have been global news in minutes.
Do you have credit cards, Paypal account, Amazon account or a bank account? Better...
I'm sure if a console manufacturer put up the right amount of money any third party developer would produce an exclusive product.
While I agree that most game stores will sell for £40 to £45 and supermarkets will sell for £25 to £30 the point being made is that nearly every premium title RRP is £44.99 and this is £54.99.
This is what Activision want to see it sold for. It speaks volumes about their attitude to the consumer that has given them billions for what is basically the same game since MW1.
I don't see a hate bandwagon commenting on this article.
You are entitled to your opinion, but you could respect the fact that the Wii didn't offer enough to hold some peoples attention.
What a surprise, RRP £10 higher than most other games out there.
Activision ask us why all the hate, here's one reason.
Are the gaming journalists still riding this train?
Of course they can, but they need to embrace 3rd party support and make sure motion control is secondary.
The Wii sold well there's no denying, I bought one for the wife, but this household and others I know personally have not touched them for at least 2 years and that makes it a very expensive ornament.
I for one will not be fooled by the hype this time.
Seriously Loner, what did Sony do to you? Steal your rattle?
Sony have been working with the FBI right from the start
Still the same puppet master though.
What is it with the media and CoD? Ok, it sells, doesn't mean it's the centre of the universe. Technically it's crap anyway.
Let's fix that title......"PlayStation Network Outage Could 'Adversely' Affect all online games"
Some very important and intelligent points, shame the media seemingly refuse to submit articles like this. It seems all they want to do is create sensationalist articles in the hope that any issues are escalated so they have something to run with.
I would love it for some highbrow news outlet to run with a story that called out these hackers to step back and have a good look at what they are doing, and in the grand scheme of things doesn't it just look extraordinarily pa...
In other news:-
Which one is worse? No running water for a few weeks or Your house burnt down.
On topic, Red ring has to be worse, no console at all till it's fixed.
I don't consider the unencrypted accessed details on PSN an issue, as that kind of information is available by much easier means and available for access by anybody.
While I agree that fanboys are an issue on this site I wouldn't call any the worst as they are all as bad as each other, Sony fanboys could be seen as the worst, but only because there appears to be more anti Sony articles.
There are some Wii fanboys out there, I remember them surfacing in all the GT5 and LBP articles getting all nuts about Mario.
It can have all the insane moments it wants, but the campaign will still be way too short.
