If Activision want to save the series, then yes, delay.
If they put greed aside and concentrate on quality, which takes time, then they could still enjoy the same return for much longer. As it is they are going for quantity over quality which will only punish them eventually, there's already been a substantial backlash over MW2 and BO.

In the case of MoH the online pass was for free extras later, they did not use it to unlock the multiplayer
I'm a PS3 owner, yes I have Move, and yes I enjoy it but I'd be extremely disappointed if Sony's main focus was Move.

I don't know about anybody else, but my main gripe with CoD is the same faults that have occurred in every iteration since 4, horrendous lag. Why, when they are earning billions they can't introduce dedicated servers and solve this problem.
As for FIFA, TW, NHL and Madden I think you'll find any faults are fixed instead of denied and ignored. That is why there are very few complaints.
