do you really need your consoles OS to tell yuo that yuo killed 14 dudes with a lightsaber? all trophies do is tell you what you already did. i dont need some jacka$$ going behind me looking at my trophies to tell me i did stuff in the game. i know how many dudes i've killed, levels i played, etc. you should buy the game for all the hard work that went into the GAME, not some stupid high score nonsense
i dont get the "i'm not buying this game w/out trophy" nonsense. you can still shoot 100 people in the head in uncharted without the game telling you that you did. it does nothing to change the game. its still the same kick ass game either way. all achievemants/trophys do is get tards to buy really crappy games and actually play them. i have a bunch of friends that bought avatar and all tha dreck like it just to get easy points. i'm sorry, my time is too valuable to play sh!t ...

i love GAMES. . .i dont care what system theyre on. i have every game system released since nes (every one but cd-i) the only system i don't have at the moment is xbx360, and its only cuz i cant keep one that works. i'm not bashing msoft, i would happily play it, it just doesn't want me to. all this mine sells more than yours crap is juvenile. who cares if 360 > ps3 or vice versa? its all about games.
i'd like to see how many 360's sold were to people who have had to buy multiple units. my first 360 was disc read error (please put this disc into 360 console, lol) NOT covered in 3 year warranty. Second xbox360, graphics card went out, NOT covered in 3 year warranty. sales numbers don't cont if everyone has to buy 4 consoles
how are you supposed to trade in digital downloads? if you get a game from psn or xbl, youre stuck with it. believe me, if i couldve traded the half hour long double dragon remake, or that damn ninja turtles game, i would have. but you cant.
imagine downloading vampire rain, paying full price for it, and now you can't get rid of it. how did you know it was supposed to suck? the ad campaign looked so good! or buying malibu's most wanted. again full price. thenyoure stuck with it, you can never resell, or trade or anything.
this game looks awesome, super excited for it! but valve needs to come up with some new tech, dammit! the graphics look old and tired
devs on ps3 require installs to make the game run smooth. if it had the exact same drive and archetecture as 360 i can understand everyone moaning and complaining, but the systems are so diff. whatever they gotta do to make it run good. if i had an option, personally i would install every time. msoft installs is an obvious attempt to curb disc read errors, instead of puttin devs on this install thing, they should work on a better dvd drive

it all seems so stupid. who cares if ps3's grphx suck, or 360 sucks. ps2 had crappier grphx last gen, but i still played it more than my xbox. in the end it doesn't make a damn bit of difference. it'd be like an article talking about snes vs genesis. everyone would be like, who cares? in five years it wont matter in the least when new ones are out. if you like your console, great. play it. its just games for godsakes

maybe the guy who wrote the article has a point. sometimes, when i put in a movie or game or whatever, i have to "scroll" left or right, using the "d-pad" (whatever that is) to find it. on top of that, i have to hit "x" to confirm? ps3=weaksauce. jk

dude, it only has 2 player co-op, and in game, their the same. no difference. christ, we all know you love your 360. it has good online play, but the funniest thing about your argurment, is when you get in-game, 95% of games on psn and xbl are THE SAME. i have both, and i give ps3 the nod ONLY for the dedicated servers.
