why is it not ok to enjoy playstation console? seems like to me, this site has a pretty even split. both consoles play games, so its only natural that gaming fans (sony and msoft) would come here for news
but i dont give a crap about killzone's "innovation". i just want to play a good fps. which it looks like a GREAT fps. why does every game have to innovate? why cant a dev just polish an already good idea? looks like a great game, guerilla! thanks for all the hard work. . . can't wait to play it!
its future proofing is in the blu ray. not for games, but in 2011 when you sit down to watch a movie you just bought, the ps3 will play it, it has wi fi, and a standard hard drive. he's talking about the hardware, not games.
@pumpkinpunker but how about a blu ray player that you can update with all the new blu ray profiles? not that i'm pro anybody, it would just be stupid to buy a blu ray player w/out this option, as they 've already updated blu ray 2 times
just play games! who cares who owns what console? the only sale that should matter to you people is the one where you bought whatever console you currently own. they both play games. both have fun games! i dont get the "this game sucks cuz it's sony/msofts game". its a fu@#ing game! you all defend faceless corporations who don't give a crap about anything but taking your money. just buy whichever seems appealing to you, and forget about whatever everyone else is doing. do y...
someone would be stupid to buy a cheap blu player. alot of players you cant update like ps3. even if you neverplayed a game on it ever, buying a cheap blu ray player would be a stupid uneducated purchase
if you think about it, even if ps3 stays in 3rd, ps2 sales and psp sales line sony's pockets with money. the only way msoft couldve competed is if they kept xbox alive and relased a handheld
when i heard about this game, i couldn't believe they were making a sequel, but after redaing the story line, it sounds like the greatest game ever made 50 cent in the middle east? its so bad that it rules
go with ps3. i got both ps3 and psp versions, and i like them both, but psp doesn't have euphoria engine or dmm, and the levels are way different. you can definately tell which one is the definitve version
giant crab, my store fixes ps2's, and let me tell you, its a 40 dollar fix. swap lasers, good to go. the rrod, you can band aid with some hardware store parts, but you can never fix what's causing the problem. the only thing that will fix it is a redesign
is the next xbox. no way msoft is gonna go with a proprietary disc, and lose out on all the people who want to watch movies on it in the coming years. that is the one thing i think holds wii back from next gen, is it cant even play dvd
why would you pay 60 bones for a game, then turn around and pay more so that you don't have to play it? makes no sense. in NFS, if you bought all the cars, the game would be, like, 30 min long
the rest of the game is just icing on the cake
if you think about it, KZ2 is pretty innovative for not using unreal engine

at least you can kill stuff
i'd love to see a cooler running unit with the power supply actually incorporated INSIDE the damn thing.
every month i look over a list of games to order for my store, and the wii rel;eases just make me shake my head. they could do so much more with it

who cares about framerate? i played kotor countless times and the framerate on both games was garbage. didn't stop it from being the best game ever
id play the crap out of this even with a sh!tty framerate.

that part where you come up out of the coffin in the funeral home is priceless
fahey was probably like, "i'm looking for a 360 for my 15 year old kid. which console can you recommend me?"
