You do not seem to grasp my point. Different people have different tastes. People who are playing MAG right now are people who prefer that kind of experience. People who will be attracted to Black Ops are people who prefer that type of experience. Since Modern Warfare 2 already offers that type of experience, it stands to reason that people who prefer that are already playing it.
Granted there will be some differences between Black Ops and Modern Warfare 2, but for the most ...
"A feigning to be what one is not or to believe what one does not; especially : the false assumption of an appearance of virtue or religion"
^^^
Taken from Merriam-Webster.
Now exactly who here is feigning a belief about motion controls? No really EBC, name one person here who is pretending to believe one thing about motion controls, while actually believing something else.
You can't name a single person can you? ...
Actually I never did click disagree. I don't do the agree/disagree thing. Typing in all caps is immature and impractical. It causes the words to blur together, making them more difficult to read. If you want people to listen to what you have to say, then you should type normally. Typing in all caps serves only to annoy people and cause them to skip to the next comment.
You guys are not taking him seriously are you? He ended his comment with "LOL". That alone means he can't be taken seriously. What rational adult ends his comment with "LOL"?
I seriously doubt that. The people who are going to flock to Black Ops are the same people who are currently playing Modern Warfare 2 instead of MAG anyway.
You just wasted however long it took you to type that. No one is going to read it. Yelling in real life actually causes people to stop listening. It has the same effect on the internet.
Actually it is a PSN service.
The GameOS does not run unsigned code. If you are not putting your PS3 into debug mode you have nothing to worry about.
I also have a Wii, but I am also getting 2 Move wands and a navigation controller at minimum. I may get a 2nd set as well.
I feel very sorry for you. Out of all that wisdom that I just shared, not a bit of it reached you. People should not condemn a technology before it has a chance to prove itself. That is absolutely true. Your response about waiting 4 years and seeing what happens is just childish though. Also, it is entirely reasonable for someone to have a change of heart.
You did not even attempt to address the rest of my comment. Can you prove that the people who were against motion contro...
It is not really hypocrisy. It has been nearly 4 years now since the Wii released. People have had time to get acquainted with the technology and perhaps change their minds. Motion control is a proven concept now, whereas then it was not.
Also, in order to claim hypocrisy you would have to prove that the same people who are promoting motion controls today were condemning motion controls back then. It is possible that those same people still dislike motion controls, and that ...
Oh I know that there are people who get legitimate nukes with the harrier/attack chopper (especially with Hardline). I do not mean to take anything away from those people. I have witnessed people cheating their way to nukes though, which is especially sad considering that it is not all that hard to get a nuke the right way.
You mean the people who stand in a remote corner of the map so that one of them can just continuously kill the other until he gets a nuke?
I have seen that at least a dozen times. You can always tell when one guy on your team has about the same number of deaths as the top guy on the opposing team has kills, or vice versa.
Let's not forget that (from my experience), the majority of the CoD community will exploit any glitch they can get their hands on. Glit...
Yeah why not? $500/year is only like $1.37 per day. That is cheaper than buying a 20oz soda. If you break that down to an hourly rate, it is only like 6 cents per hour. That is way cheaper than an arcade machine. Who can't afford 6 cents per hour?

I could totally see those justifications. Like I can actually visualize someone typing that.
You are using a defense mechanism known as displacement JBroken. You are really angry at Microsoft for increasing the Live fee, but you are unwilling to express that anger so you are displacing your aggression on "PS3 fanboys".
Otherwise you might realize that some of the people complaining might actually be Xbox 360 owners. You might also realize that there are Wii owners, PC owners, and multiplatform owners who might also disagree with the fee increase.
I agree bjornbear. I believe that people who are so obsessed over k/d and w/l ratios are indeed compensating for deficiencies in real life. If there were not something lacking in real life, they would not find the need to validate themselves through their game statistics.
That sounds a lot like my dream, except replace Billie Piper with Isla Fisher, and replace "King of Zanzibarland" with "complete world domination".
How many countries do the NPD results cover? Don't you guys hold those results up on a pedestal?
I am pretty sure that Conloles and 8800gtx are the same person actually.
Everyone should bookmark Dance's comment and refer to it the next time a PS3 exclusive sells 1.5 million.
