So one company deserves compensation for their product, but another does not? There is no justification for piracy in any case.
It really is simple. If a product interests you, and you decide to use it, then you should pay for it. If you decide that a product is not worth the purchase price, then you should simply not use it.
Translation: Does anyone want to give account information, including personal registration information, and likely partial billing information, to a complete stranger?
It is possible that it will be changed for release. It is also possible that the person in the video was using the ghost perk, so the dogs ignored him. I do think it is a little silly for attack dogs to ignore enemies just because they aren't shooting. They are attack dogs after all.
I am just looking at the silver lining. If people stop shooting to avoid being killed, they are effectively taken out of combat, and become little more than moving targets.

You may consider the dog killstreak to be underpowered, but you are missing the bigger picture. People not shooting at you is a good thing.
In addition to Danger Close being removed, we also get an explosive defense perk with Flak Jacket.
Grenade launcher attachments no longer work with warlord (bling) or scavenger. So while they may still be powerful, people will not be able to use them as frequently, and anyone who is using one will have to sacrifice other gun attachments.
I doubt it will have a significant impact on sales. For every person who may decide not to purchase it because it is less noob friendly, there is another person who may decide to purchase it because it is less noob friendly.
Edit: I am one of the latter. I was very disappointed in the MW2 multiplayer, and as a result was very skeptical about Black Ops. The balance changes I have read about however have changed my mind.

No one is arguing about 1-hit kills from the Barret. That is an anti-equipment rifle so it should kill in one hit. Most other sniper rifles however should not be 1-hit kills unless we are talking about head or heart shots (body armor notwithstanding).

Whether or not I play a lot of games is irrelevant. I take issue with people trying to define how others should live. There is no prescribed way of living.
I could just as easily say that someone who hangs out in clubs and bars all the time has "no life" because that lifestyle does not fit my own. I would be wrong in saying that however, just as Nexus-Knight is wrong with his comment.

In order for that statement to make sense you must first define life. Of course, trying to define how a person should live would be a bit pretentious of you.
In Modern Warfare 2 you also get additional custom class slots. It is possible Treyarch will do something similar.
The people who are disagreeing with him might just have an issue with his priorities. He stated that he missed two days of graduate classes to play a video game.
I don't mean to come of as judgmental mind you. It is his life, and he can live it however he wishes. I am simply explaining why some people may have clicked the disagree button.

Actually a lot has changed with regards to multiplayer. The core gameplay is still largely the same, but Treyarch has made many positive balance changes.
Killstreaks no longer add to killstreak count - check
