100,000 Wii Us?? WTH are you talking about!? The Wii U sold 22,000 the week Pikmin 3 was released and the following week the sales fell down to 14,000. Pikmin 3 sold 92,000/102,000 (depending on the sources) in two days and the next full week it too dropped by 70% to just 33,000.
Get your facts straight man.
I really hope he does not means an endless stream of petty DLCs to keep us paying and playing. It should better mean a huge world map to explore, deep gameplay, a unique experience and lots of secrets and sidequests like FFs of old!
And you sound like a butthurt kid hurt by the truth. Why do you think the media reports sales figures if nobody should care about them? Last week Nintendo fans were the one celebrating Pikmin 3 sales and calling out everyone. When suddenly the sales fall of the cliff by 70% in second week, they do not matter. If you do not care about sales then do not tout them when you think they are good as well.
I guess even the most delusional Nintendo fans cant claim now that Pikmin 3 is a system seller or that it will sell a lot more in the second week after seeing these figures. Many people told them that but they just would not believe it. The sell through rates are pretty low as well including the New Super Luigi U. Times have changed; there are just not enough people who play these kind of games any more. Nintendo needs third party support and needs to adapt to the modern times.

I not a Nintendo fan but I am a JRPG fan and honestly this game is very impressive. If the actual game lives up to these trailers then it will be a truly next-gen JRPG masterpiece. This game may just be the first killer app for Wii U and it may even force me to buy one.
Since the Wii U flopped, the Wii U supporters have their fingers crossed that the Xbone and PS4 will sell just as badly so that they can justify their console's poor sales. Just like they were hoping that the Xbone and PS4 will be underpowered too just like the Wii U. There you go Xbone supporters. PS4 will have 30 first party games and 12 of them are new IPs. It was actually pretty stupid to bash PS4 for not having announced enough exclusives so early just because MS announced a handful of games. Playstation is synonymous with exclusive games.
I dont know why people are acting like the currently revealed games are the first and last games that will be coming to the PS4 and Xbone. Like these handful of titles will decide which console will sell most by the end of the 8th generation. There will be numerous games coming in the later years and Sony has yet to reveal games from their AAA studios like Naughty Dog and Santa Monica. If we look at the historical trend, we can safely say that PS4 will have more and higher quality exclusives....
Do not forget Tales of Symphonia HD Collection coming in 2014 and FFX & X-2 HD Collection coming this December. :-) Both are coming exclusively to PS3. We also got Ni No Kuni recently. Playstation is the best place for JRPG fans and gamers in general. We get all the multiplats and great exclusives as well.
