The juggernaut continues to mow down records and competitors in its path. The gap between PS4 and Xbone widens to 1.2 million and the gap between PS4 and Wii U narrows to just a 1 million (Wii U sales estimate from VGChartz) even with its year head start. Well there is a trick involving Don Tonberry in the Arena that gives you 99 sphere levels in a few minutes for all three party members so it wont be that difficult. The game came out a long time ago so experts have figured out most efficient ways to do everything.
Yeah, he is tough but you can do it. You also get a certificate for it. :-) There are various strategies available including one that does not requires Break HP Limit. I used that one years ago. It was amusing to beat him with just 9999 HP.
I have never platinumed a game on my ps3 but I think this will be the first game that I will platinum since I did everything on my ps2 version as well including stat maxing, blitzball, all ultimate weapons, all secret bossess, all minigames and unlocking all creature creations. The only thing that has given me a hard time are those 10 treasure chests in Omega Dungeon. Only have been able to get them once.

The PS4 is making a killing right now. I am so glad that Sony is coming out on top instead of MS because they would have killed gaming as we know it (DRM, microtransactions,more DLCs, more online multiplayer shooters, less quality single player games, lesser variety of games especially JRPGs, cable tv, and more casual Kinect crap). To put the numbers in a better perspective, the Wii U sold 220,000 in the WHOLE November even with its larger and critically praised games lineup!

I agree. Furthermore, I think the series needs a reboot. Capcom have driven it into the ground and now it isnt possible to go anywhere with the current mess of a story. Too many characters, too many arcs and too many villains. The story has lost its purpose and focus after the death of Umbrella. Moreover, the characters themselves have become used to the zombies and creatures. Killing zombies and monstrosities has become a routine days work for all of the characters. Why do we have to have a partner at all? I dont know why that partner thing has become a requirement for RE games. Solo character games are much more tense and scary like the older RE games. Two characters continuously chatting and helping each other ruins the atmosphere and tension.

Does everybody remember when the PS4 sold 1 million in 24 hours in the US while Xbone sold 1 million in 24 hours worldwide? At that time Xbone fans swatted away the fact that Xbone was being sold in 13 countries and continued to claim equal sales.
