Gakai is streaming a gaming library rewritten for x86 architecture.
Cloud Processing require even more attention and servers to be able to do all those calculations. You can't have Gakai cloud streaming and cloud computing. It's too much for one service.
I don't believe cloud processing is enough to make the xbox one stronger, it's all marketing hype.
