I have read so many mixed reviews. User scores seem to be coming in lower than site scores. I've got Demon's Souls (love it) and I rented MW2 (glad I did - same ol' game with a nice weapon upgrade with new gaming modes). Microsoft's pricing scheme, or the people who support it. It wouldn't be so bad if 360 lovers who support this type of pricing used to have the same hypocritical argument against the PS3... saying that IT costed too much. The 360 is like a wallet leech, it won't kill you instantly, but over a period of time, it will suck you dry for sure. All the while people were buying all those 360s, they were belly aching that the PS3 was too expensive. At the same time they had their WalMart shopping carts full of accessories that by themselves were dead even with the cost of an entire console.

Since the 360 has not produced a game to even match Resistance Fall Of Man, a LAUNCH PS3 title, I can say that XBL may be dead even with PSN or a little behind since PSN is free. PSN gives you more bang for your buck... because the bang is free.
MW2 got what it had coming to it with the reviews, but it still sold a ton. I didn't buy it though... it was all those 360 owners who had nothing else to play. I don't blame them though, they were starved by Microsoft.
Walmart had UP for $19.99, but disney had a $10.00 off coupon online for the 4 disc Bluray set. What a steal! The four disc Bluray set which included the DVD and digital copy was cheaper than the DVD version by itself.
My wife was laughing out loud on every PS3 ad we saw, and so was I. It has been a while sense I saw a series of commercials from the same company done so well. I thought the MAC vs PC latest commercial on Windows 7 is funny too. But this is marketing done right, and they are not even Superbowl Ads.

For the simple fact that you cannot buy a PC nowadays without a DVD burner. Blank DVDs are DIRT cheap... even the Verbatim DL ones from Singapore that everyone uses to burn 360 copies. Bluray burners are RARE and expensive, blank Bluray media is too expensive to burn coasters with... and the ripping software is still unproven in the mod community, whereas there is a screenshot picture play-by-play tutorial on about 50 websites on how to rip/burn 360 games with free software.

If Microsoft imposes a console ban on any person for any reason, they STILL have the right to claim a prorated refund of the services paid but not rendered on XBL. There is nothing in the ToS that covers a nonrefund. A group of lawyers would not take this case if they didn't have good evidence suggesting that these contractual obligations were not met.
