I would like to inform you that most people who are into PS3s, already owned a headset for their favorite cell phones prior to buying one. I owned 3 at the time of the PS3 launch. There was no need to purchase one. Also, any remaining folks who didn't have one has/had the opportunity to get one for free when Tom Clancy's Endwwar game with the Sony Official Headset for free when the game itself went on clearance for $39.99.

I don't necessarily want everyone to have a mic. I cannot tell you how painful it was @ times to join match after match on COD4 with teens and preteens yelling the N-Word... singing horribly and loudly, or screaming, saying the "F" word over and over again as fast as they can... they were all able to do this because a headset MIC was in every box. Some of my XBL friends have bad headset mics that create terrible noise online, do not know why.

PS3 fans have nothing to be jealous of. We get to play God of War AND Bayonetta - best of both worlds. Haven't played the demos yet, but I am glad that Sony has shown interest in fixing Bayonetta. A 360 wifi adapter is $100... no way Natal can be $50, hell I think it'll be $129 or more. A $50 Natal will do nothing but confirm "rip-off" to every 360 supporter who has bought any other accessory. Given the history of accessory prices from Microsoft, Natal will be anything but cheap.

Well, guess what, the PS3's Cell is probably MUCH better at processing those type of calculations than the 360, so the feature probably HAD to be built into Natal for it to work as desired.
