Microsoft needs to fire their entire team of lawyers who are not giving them sound advice... or they already fired the good law team they had a long time ago, which could be why they are making these tremendous errors that land them in massive lawsuits. A game that enforces a quitting penalty needs SUPERIOR match making abilities.No ranks 1-5 should be able to go up against a team of Rank 30s, etc. This can be a huge reason why many folks quit midgame. It is not about quitting because you're losing a match, sometimes it is about the advantage that a MUCH higher ranked team has over its opponents. High ranked individuals need to be balanced with lower ranked members, mixing the teams up. COD4 was NOTORIOUS for this type of horrible matchma...
Microsoft's intent here is to clearly disable the competition offering a cheaper but almost just as reliable alternative thorugh Datel. Datel has a very good case here IMO. Simply because the device they make is comparable to Microsofts device. It is like you've said, this isn't some made-up newly marketed cheat code peripheral for the 360. It is simply a cheaper alternative to a somewhat unpopular memory card option that I am sure works just as good as the 1st party brand.

Microsoft is a company all about files. It doesn't take a Black Ops team to visit a publically hosted torrent site to find a .ISO image on a precracked unreleased 360 title a WHOLE MONTH before release... all it takes is a simple web browser. I can give you a perfect example of a game... Ninja Blade was on torrent sites an ENTIRE MONTH or MORE before it hit the shelves... A MONTH. Now who has access to that data besides an employee? No matter how you slice it, fan or not, the 360 is the biggest hustle in gaming to date. Microsoft is just using the 360 to buy time into figuring out how they can sell gamers air. If you are a die hard 360 fan with a bunch of junk expensive peripherals... $100 wifi, HDDVD add-on, etc. you have been hustled. Plain and simple. I can honestly say that every Datel product I have bought has been a good device. They really gave me a good impression on 3rd party devices, whereas before I was skeptical. And @ above, what does cheat devices have to do with memory cards? Are you smoking crack? If you don't want the cheat devices, don't use them.
Who cares, but the least they can do is hit a 720p resolution this gen, which so far they have failed to do. There are too many premium dev groups on the PS3 side like Insomniac and Naughty Dog, Bungie can cross the street if they like... but it would be like a high school team trying to play on an NBA court.

Great visuals, huge improvement from the 1st in almost everyway. Still feels like a bunch of damn errand runs strung together though. I would've liked less viewpoint stations too. No weapon upgrade guidance, I am not sure if I should buy armor, or farm cash to buy advanced weapons or armor later on. WTF happened to Leonardo? Got a few items for him and he is no longer at his original location. I guess I need to get bit more into the game, but right now it is kinda scattershot.

Isn't Research and Development funds/cost a separate transaction from Marketing? The Marketing cost is irrelevant to what the GAME ITSELF actually cost (which is what I wanna know). But I have to admit, those Monster MW2 poster promotions in Walmart look good, but it ain't $200 Million or even $100 million dollars good. I guess this includes paying 360, PC, and PS3 devs with marketing costs for all three rolled into one total.

@ FantasyStar, I don't see why you wouldn't want to be a lawyer in this scenario... they would be the only ones who got paid! Class Action Lawsuits RARELY solves anything, except a law team's ongoing debt.
