One of my fellow Guitar Legends here actually made a great point to me and I need to (cough) adjust my stance a little. If you bought this game for a large party and you want to entertain everyone without limiting yourself to subsets of songs, then yes...
Tough balancing act there.
This is what happens when gaming stretches into the mass market and starts to gain mass appeal.
This is what happens when you invite casual gamers to the party.
Guitar Hero 2 is not a "Simon Says" toy. It's GUITAR HERO. You become a Guitar God by playing through the stages. People that treat this like a karaoke machine and want all content open at the start have no concept of earning their keep in gaming, have no concept of mastering a skill through ...
Where do I start?
Can you play Super Mario 3?
There are much longer batteries on the market, not that the PSP's battery is horrible, it just isn't that great.
There are decent games for the bugger, and many more coming. That's if you're not busy with portable movies, WiFi internet access, or MP3's.
Peace.
I own both and love both of them. The portable market is not cost prohibitive and can (and should) be exploited. Choosing one over the other for the sake of pure brand devotion means you're missing out on some great content. I usually pack both my DS and my PSP on trips.
Price is dropping on the PSP.
Nice.
.
I'm sorry you had to see that.
If it's all about gameplay, I'll take Ratchet every day.
Think insane weapon based gameplay, with intelligent environments that challenge your weapons. Now add increasingly difficult enemies and upgradable weapons (over time and experience)and you'll start to see it. The Ratchet series goes on, and on, and always satisfies.
"Anybody else has any dumb comments about numbers today?"

Hahahahaaa
Nobody to play with but himself?
ban spoons.
or...
Too bad he didn't kill himself with the Heaven's Gate crew when they "caught up with the mothership riding behind Halley's comet" (cough)
or...
Other than that, it's been on constantly since F@H release. We're actually a part of history with this app. I don't want to shame bladestar with facts, but F@H is a fun, worthwhile endeavor that is breaking world records, and we're a part of that. Neat huh?
I'm pretty sure we could start a fund or something... no fan, no matter how patient, should have to wait for this.
And now we have to wade through years of driver updates, patches, bugs, and security breaches...
AGAIN!
Don't fix what ain't broken. Vista is NOT an upgrade.
