Ahhh... 1978! It was a great year to be born wasn't it?! Although that would make you 41? 42 at the most? I think sprinterboy still has a year or so ahead of you.
Hey I'm just saying, don't rush it. Enjoy your 'youth' while you can. After all they do say "life begins at 40...."
😆
I wish I had gone into this one blind. But unfortunagly I've seen every clip and article that has come out about Days Gone. It is a much better experience when you just go in with zero expectations like a kid with a new present at Christmas. I remember when I was a kid and I would buy a game just because I liked the look of the front cover. Ico, Herdy Gerdy, Vagrant Story, Micro Maniacs, even Metal Gear Solid etc etc. No reviews, no walkthroughs, no - "21 things you need to know abou...
Errr.... what where the previous release dates that got changed?
Days Gone was only ever announced to have a Feb 22 release date - which then got moved to April 26th because of the crowded month of February.
I dare you to find any prior official release date.
I'll wait...
Who was it that said "Single player games are dead" and that "gamers no longer want single player experiences?"
Yeah, I'm not going to get any hopes up on this one. Who wants to bet it's going to be multiplayer only, full of microtransactions, cut DLC content, probably a season pass as well for good measure.
Awww... don't speak of yourself that way. I'm sure someone out there loves you.
When you say "Score" I thought you meant liken a review score. Didn't realise you meant "musical score". The music behind a game really does add so much to the game. Especially when combined with brilliant ambience during the down times. I think my best game sound track so far has to be The Witcher 3 sound track, everything about that sound track was so iconic, that it just hearing the soundtrack takes me straight back to moment in that game. The same is true for me wi...
Just think about how many NEW IP's Sony have released this gen. They wil be going into next gen with a great back catalogue to capitalise on. But yeah, there hasn't been a publisher this gen that has released as many new IP's than Sony. For that they deserve much credit.

I really don't know why people have been crapping on this game since it's release. All we've heard is "zombie fatigue, open world fatigue, zombie fatigue...zzzzZZZZzz..."
And then Assassins Creed Odyssey comes out and it's a hit. Resident Evil 2 Remake comes out and it's a hit, even Metro last light comes out and is a hit. It just goes to show that it's not as much a bias against the genre as it is a bias against the publisher.
Days Gone will be a hit, all the preview reception has been very good, the "nay sayers" are the ones that repeat the same tired "zombie" or "open world" fatigue mantra.
Marvel's Spider Man says "hi.." as well.
Since when did Multiplayer = content? Go play Anthme then - all the content you need considering it's a multiplayer game.
You're missing the point. Not all disabilities can be accommodated for unfortunately. It would require a different game as a whole and completely different control schemes. You would need to design the game specifically to cater for the various disabilities, which maybe beyond the scope of many devs.
Oh right, so lets go crap on devs for not making VR games accessible for the sight impaired and blind gamers.
smh
The most retarded article on this issue so far. Do you know why games come with an age rating?
Because games are not for everyone. That would be a game with an 'E for everyone' rating. Not even Mario games have an 'E for everyone' rating.
Now this guy gets it.
Creative Freedom. If you start taking creative freedom away from developer where do you think that will eventually lead? EA, Activitsion, Ubisoft often cater to the lowest common mass market denominator adn as a result relsease the same mediocre games over and over and over again.
Let FROMSOFT do their thing. If it's not for you then do yourself a favour and please move on to any of the othe rmillion casual games out there.
Your straw man argument is burning itself down.
If Sekiro is not the game for you please just move on, your blatant hyperbole is uncessesary and disengenuos. There are millions of other games out there that you will love and enjoy. But let FROMSOFT mak the games that THEY want to make, not the games that YOU want them to make for You. It's called "creative freedom" and without it we would'nt have games like the Soulsbourne games, or even Sekiro.

I know exaclt how you feel.
It's because of these same cry babies that big game publishers now exploit them with microtransactions, booster packs, and "time savers" in practically every game, because people want someone else to butter their bread for them - because "it's just way too hard" and "takes up... omg!!! just way too much time". Then go play Candy Crush, or Mario or whatever. What you even looking at Sekiro for when you know i...
@sampsonon
You're missing the point.
A creator (developer) has a vision for a game. They put their time and energy into creating a game that they envision. Only for people to say, "make the game the way I want the game to be".
Now take that mentality and apply it across the board.
I find Fortnite inaccessible because of the building. So can I start a petition for EPIC to remove building from the game? Or What abo...
Only 3 more weeks to go. I hope I've completed Sekiro by then.
@Imalwaysright
So basically you admit that Sony have never announced a prior release date to the Februaury 22nd release date. So it was only delayed once, a release line-up and release date are two different things. You do know the difference right? For example - Death Stranding, Ghost of Tsushima and TLOU2 all are being "thought" to release this year, i.e. Sony has these games as part of their release line-up, but none of those games have recieved official releas...
