Great score, don't get me wrong - but if you bought your copy of the game (I imagine within the last couple of days) then you'd have had to rush the experience to get your review up so early.
I'm glad I'll get to take my time with Days Gone, it'll live in my PS4 for the next few weeks at least.
What do you expect when you don't invest in high quality games. Seems as though MS is more interested cloud infrastructure than in the actual games themselves.

Despite not being on Steam, it sold very well, presumably it would have sold more if it was also on steam.
Also you completely missed the point that I am making that despite claims of "zombie fatigue" the game is doing well.

That's really good to hear - especially that it's EPIC store excusive on PC. I guess people love zombie games afterall.. I thought everyone had zombie fatigue... go figure. I guess we'll see if the fatigue surfaces again when Days Gone releases on Friday!
Nope. No reason at all to consider this as I already own a PC and a PS4. It brings absolutely nothing to the table, that I can't get already.
A number of shop keepers sell the fire cracker. As far as I know, the first one you find is after you defeat Gyoubu, befoer you go throughthe gates, turn around and run up the steps. You'll meet Tengu, and then run to the right around the corner, and up andother flight of steps. You'll find shp keeper, I believe he sells the firecraker. But there is another shop keeper that sells it as well.
They really need to reduce the hit box width of grab attacks. You could clearly have jumped or side stepped and still get grabbed. It is infuriatiing. Especially witht he ogre, and even more so with the guardian ape.
Well with backcompat you basically launch the PS5 with the entire PS4 library.

Looks like really great sandbox gameplay (even though we've seen this 'level' before about a fifty times already). Still looks like great fun though. I can't wait till Friday.

Doesn't really work that way. Sure I can download it on my US PSN account - that I never use to play games. But then I can't install it on my regular PS account because its locked behind the license.
Will there be a part 3 though?

I never got parts the beta. I couldn't log on once. It consistently crashed at the title screen. That was it for me, I said I would hold out until it was stable and at least feature complete... Well I'm still waiting.
It's not a balanced comparison, especially as Days Gone releases in a week, but we don't even have a release date for TLOU2, so naturally there will be much more internet traffic surrounding Days Gone as previews and impressions are out in the wild. Moreover Days Gone is an untrsted new IP that therefore does not have an established fan base. While TLOU2 is an established blockbuster IP that has a massive and passionate fanbase.
