*Sigh*
No one has said there won't be Move support for Harry Potter, I'm pretty sure Sony will have had words with EA, and there's absolutely no reason why they wouldn't implement Move, it's multiplatform afterall.
Still not worth paying just to be able to navigate the dashboard - sitting or standing. Until some quality games are shown, I'm not interested!
I would have added Dead Space to the list, on my secnd play through it still made me jump. But yeah, I'd say Silent Hill2 is my most scariest gamer ever! I'll never forget the introduction and eventual encounter with Pyramid Head, it has to be the most terrifying moment in any survival horror game I've played!
This is one of the best things going for move interms of market penetration! The different gamers who play MAG, Killzone 3, Socom 4, LBP, Dead Space 2, Sorcery, Sports Champions etc etc will all be getting Move.
Before the - "I'm too hardcore for motion controls" fanboys start lynching this comment, let me assure you that if while playing - 'insert favourite FPS' multiplayer, those players using Move may have greater accuracy and greater kill/death rat...
That's all I wanted to hear. Good to know that Sony are patching in Move support so that those of us (few) who bought eyepet for the kids don't need to go buy it again!
Too true
Gametrailers have a habit sometimes of tagging their vids with all the console tags. but naa this is exclusive to Sony (obviously)!
I think the gun peripheral looks really cool, here's hoping for a black colour scheme to go with the PS3!
@Hacker - What multiplatform games look better than Killzone 3... or are you just talking out of your a$$ again?
If you can't give credit were credit is due, then know that it's because you're butt hurt!
M$ are begining to realise that ignoring their core fanbase will backfire, but they still havent realised that NOBODY believes the lies anymore, not even the core 360 gamers. Sad thing is, they stillc an't produce the goods.
Core games arriving in 18 months will be too little too late for Kinect!
he seems to be ominously absent since GamesCom... oh well
Looking forward, you can seen that Sony has all the right elements to once again corner the console gaming market. Sony's concept of future proofing the PS3 is begining to pay off - even with 3D. Peeps are spewing out the same tripe that was clogging up the net when Sony introduced Bluray - exactly the same fkin things are being said about 3D. We all know how the Bluray HD battle turned outout! Both Sony and nintendo have more console experience than M$, and it's becoming more and mor...
looking at their 2011 games line up!
The games will get made for Kinect, there's no doube about that. The question is will they be the revolutionary gaming experiences that M$ is claiming Kinect offers?
You should be painfully aware by now Omega, that 3rd party devs no longer play the 'exclusive game', so putting all your eggs in the 3rd party basket is a sure way to get egg on your face - *cough* ME2 *cough*!
Where are the M$ 1st party devs who are working exclusively with Kinec...
and tbh I was not impressed, it was by far the least responsive Motion control game on the show floor! This has a much better colour scheme as well. I'm guessing as it is being developed by Ubi it's not going to be exclusive, and will have a Move equivalent for the PS3.
How many must have games are you looking forward to for Kinect?
How many must have games are you looking forward to for Move?
Answers on a post card please, but I think it's already obvious which motion controller offers much more to gamers!
*Hint - it's not the one with skittles on the cover!
Day fkin one pre-order!!!
Total Awesomeness, move will definately be more accurate that using the DS3 controller. This will drive sales of move among the core gamers at least, what with Move support for MAG as well, and Dead Space 2. Damn good strategy Sony - Trojan horse indeed!
The problem is that you probably did not use the spawn camera to see if the other team were camping the flare, in which case you could CHOOSE to spawn in a different zone!!!
You can't complain when you're doing it wrong and not using the system as it was meant to be used!
I hope SE eventually wake up and smell the cofee, 'cos it's loosing it's PS3 fanbase, and has not really gained the 360 fanbase!
Let the whole FFXIII debacle be a message to leave FFvXIII well alone for Nomura to complete as he sees fit!
It does'nt come as a surprise tbh, it's the more functional motion controller, and is backed by a host of developers. It'd actually be surprising if going forward this trend does not continue, Sony would have to really screw up...
