I get what he's saying, basically that by now the hardcore gamers have already made their minds up, and have already purchased their console of choice. However, exclusive will still drive sales for those who are yet to purchase a console - and hands down Sony wins in the exclusive market, not just for quantity, but also quality exclusives. 2018 and 2019 will be very strong years for Sony when it comes to exclusives.

Well played Jim, I love the honesty. Not all "game breaking bugs" are actually game breaking. It depends on how far back you previous save was. If it was only a matter of retracing 5 -10 minutes of game play, then it's not really a game breaking bug.

Woah there now. I've completed Prey on PS4, and am on my second play through. So far I have not encountered any bugs of the kind you describe at all. In addition there have been patches for the game, the latest patch released in May, 2 months ago https://bethesda.net/commun... So the devs are supporting the game and fixing issues. So yeah, there's no need for all the excessive drama
This game really intrigues me, but I wonder if I'll ever be able to afford a PC to run it, and if the game will actually release in my lifetime... talk about feature creep :p
Thank goodness for upcoming games like Metro Exodus, God of War, A Way Out, Spider-man, Detroit Become Human, Days Gone, The Last of Us 2 etc etc. I hope I never see the day when gaming is reduced to annualised multiplayer shooters and open world games.Publishers are already trying to marry the two with games like The Division, Destiny, and the upcoming Anthem.
Long live the story driven single player experience.
