"With Sony yet to deliver that triple-A PlayStation Move experience"
um, I am assuming they are just ignoring the numerous move compatible games like killzone 3, LBP2, Heavy Rain, and so on.
if it isnt "move only," does that mean no one with a move will want to play it? no
"repeat these three episodes PS2 R & C would be a bit of a fan football season on repeat episodes of 2004/05/06 FIFA "
......this guy is a total fucking idiot
257 words qualifies as a review?

"So finally there is little reason to waste time to rebuild the older versions, less beautiful and less comprehensive than the last episodes PS3, for example, because everything has seriously aged. "
so, because an HD remake doesnt look as good as the current gen games, that makes it worthless? this comes across as someone who is simply closed to the idea of HD remakes

guy 1 "how does this not infuriate you?"
guy 2 ".... its different"
all that needs to be said. it has a different strategy than other fighting games, but you still have an incentive not to get hit, as it hurts your charge meter. your goal is to hit people more than you get hit, just like other fighting games. you just have a different final goal.
super smash bros, with its ring out system, is alot di...
where are the "sly cooper" and "ratchet and clank" characters?
i know the site is "nintendo enthusiast" but the article says "in gaming," not just "in nintendo"
there is no reason to get too mad, since it is a comedic article
anyway, I consider drake to be alot like Indiana Jones. both of them have a pretty high body count, but that is one of the things that makes them fun heroes. murdering people is heroic. I like heroes with a flippant propensity for killing. and really, it is self defense, so its permissible
it supposed to be a joke, I think.
when I shot one of the guards with a dart, he fell 25 feet and landed on his face..... then I ran him over with the cart you use to climb up.
also, the guy who I grabbed and slammed headfirst into a concrete wall will probably have a concussion.
@shock
"The same gap we had between the PS2 -> PS3 is not going to be applied between the PS3 -> PS4."
people have always said that. "it cant get much better than this." people have been saying that since the atari age.
"An insane leap in graphics would drive up the development cost for games immensely. We'd see the closing down of TONS of studios."
what? the only generation leap I can think of ...
i keep hearing this from you. It sounds like you desperately want to believe that the next playstation and xbox will be underpowered, so that your precious Wii U won't receive its inevitable trouncing in the graphical department.
maybe not the wii u. but the real next gen consoles will be
"stunning?" looks rather trite and derivative to me
"I wasn’t too far off from this prediction, however I still had a lot to learn about Starhawk."
and clearly you still do. this review was uninformative nonsense, clearly written by someone who played the MP for only an hour or so
Game Informer has been shown to be immense kinect dickriders, praising it in nearly every issue, rating its games way above the metascore, and utterly disregarding the move. this review does not surprise me.
first of all, this quote is out of context and not quite accurate.
secondly, no one who has played console shooters extensively will believe this notion for one millisecond. we know what a streamlined, efficient, effective shooter controller looks like. and the wii u is not one of them. period.
these are UNIVERSALLY accepted be the most effective gamepads in existence.

the game looks pretty bad, to be honest.
- derivative level design
- primitive character animations
- lack of enemy diversity
- what looks to be repetitive, uninteresting gameplay
it will probably end up with the same types of reviews as the AVP game that came out a few years back.
it is sad that metacritic, gamerankings, and N4g have made it so that people actually know who the site "quarter to three" is. in a sane world, no one would even recognize the name. but thanks to certain sites, Qt3 and other backwater sites have been given a platform to spout their asinine, incomprehensive reviews and to make ad revenue by shitting upon the quality work of people infinitely more talented and hard working than they are.
for a site called "blistered thumbs," these guys dish out alot of bad scores because they clearly lack any skill whatsoever in the games they are reviewing. Starhawk recently got the same treatment. its pretty pathetic.
i am more concerned with the practices of professional critics. people actually look at their aggregate scores. no one cares what the use scores are
who the hell even uses a "6 star" scale?
sounds like a pretentious douche bag to me
just saying
can you play skyrim, mass effect 3, and ghost recon with the kinect as your sole controller? no
with move games you can. it is fully integrated, not just crap like voice commands.
there you go. case closed
