LOL at everyone who's made comments similar to "Sony fans are smarter and Xbox fans are idiots". This guy's post and others like it speak for themselves.
I'm more of a western RPG fan. I think Bethesda's games beat any RPG that Japan has to offer.
The PS3 will be just fine. Of the 3 consoles, it is the long distance runner. I expect the PS3 to come on strong as time goes by and it becomes cheaper. I may even get one myself one day, if the next Xbox doesn't have a built in Blu Ray player. I'll wait and see.
"my ass than ps3 is died! " -- Spoken like a true Sony droid, congratulations!
I'm officially nominating killzone2ownsallfps for Sony fanclub spokesman.
I'm a big fan of Bethesda. I can't wait for the next Elder Scrolls and now I'm a huge Fallout fan as well. If I have to nitpic, I'd say do a bit better of a job of getting bugs out of the games. But then again, games that huge are always going to have bugs at release, or else it would take 20 years to release them.
Sorry I offended you, douchebag, now go play your Wii like a good little boy. You honestly think the Wii will be surpassed by the 360 or the PS3? Won't happen.
That's a tough call. As long as it's making a good profit, it makes sense to support it. On the other hand, they've supported it for a decade and it can't be supported forever. Discontinuing support for the PS2 will drive many to get a next gen system, and you'd have to assume that most will opt for a PS3.
A great achievement for a great game. I'm more of a Gears of War kind've guy, but I like Halo as well.
There's still a long way to go in 2009 my friend. Aside from all of the great multiplatform games (which are enough to keep many people occupied) the 360 will have some good exclusives, don't worry.
Quit making excuses. There aren't that many 360's scratching discs that it would affect a number like 10 million.
I suppose as a matter of free speech I support peoples' right to make and play the game, but just because you can doesn't mean you should.
When you kill in videogames, most of the time it leads to an objective, like saving the world or rescuing somebody, or stopping a zombie virus from spreading. I don't see much entertainment value in virtual raping.
PS3 and 360 are apples and the Wii is an orange. The first two appeal to real gamers while the Wii is a kids toy with a bunch of crappy games and only a few gems. But they appeal to different markets. The Wii won't be caught up to by either.
"360 has failed the hardcore and the casual gamer"
Last time I checked the charts, just about every game sells more on the 360. The fact that Killzone 2, a kickass game with incredible graphics sold as little as it did tells me that the 360 is the hardcore gamers' choice and that many people bought PS3 for the BluRay.
Blu-Ray is a superior format, but unless a game make use of extra space and has a ton of extras, then it doesn't mean that it has the superior version of the game. On the contrary, Blu-Ray can often lead to slower loading times.

Wow, stop the presses.
Ha ha, great point Sanzee! 20 million my ass! Maybe if they count every profile created and those on ps2 ans psp. Some people don't like facts.
There's a difference between not being able to run the game on one disc and not being able to run the game at all. The 360 could probably run any game the PS3 can, it's just a matter of space.
Yeah, The Darkness is extremely underrated. I really enjoyed that one. It has some of the most realistic graphics of any game, in my opinion.
I'm sure we can all come up with games that should be on there. Off the top of my head, mine are:
Gears 2
Rainbox Six Vegas 2
Fallout 3
Condemned
And going old school:
Maniac Mansion
Super Mario Bros. 3 (I think it's more iconic than Super Mario World)
Here's a quest...
He should've made a MGS4 for 360 trailer and then let everyone in on the gag today. Sure it would've been cruel, but funny. Or better yet, he should've made a MGS4 trailer for the Wii, but make everything look 8-bit, implying that's all it could handle.
Ah yes, percentages. Hypothetically, if only 10 PS3's were sold (just pretend for a minute, I know it's beyond some of you, so forgive me)and a multiplatform game was bought by 9 out of those 10 PS3 owners, then that means that 90% of PS3 owners bought the multiplatform title, crushing the percentages of intalled base customers who bought the same title on the 360. But the bottom line is that only 9 copies were sold.
See what I'm getting at? A slightly higher percentage of the ...
