I only ever played Halo 1 on the PC, I finished it but couldn't see what all the fuss was about. I think there were just too many great FPS's on PC at the time and Halo seemed a bit lacking. I'm really looking forward to Destiny though. I don't think I'm a hypocrite, this does look a lot better than Halo (at least the version I played).
Does anybody remember how many controllers the 3do used to support? I seem to remember that it had only 1 port and you had to daisy-chain them by plugging one pad into another.
OT: I think the limit of 7 on PS3 was down to the number of Bluetooth frequencies available, so I presume PS4 will have the same number of total devices (unless they've changed the Bluetooth format without my knowledge ( sneaky bustards). It was only really viable for sports games as I can't se...
Double Post............sorry
Lol, that sounds like a great setup/s
And the guy from AMD stated that the PS4 has the most powerful APU they have ever produced.
Let the Xbots enjoy their moment of hope, they don't come around too often.
Does anybody know what Greenpowerz new account is? I'm sure he'll be the expert we need to shed light on this. /S
@4logpc
You do know that X1 won't even recognise an external HDD let alone install games on it right....
" but you have to be careful with news because they are all trying to make the Xbox sound bad."
Another conspiracy theory, yes the world media is run by Sony Fanboys now, just like all the forums.
Maybe Sony has spiked the Worlds drinking water supplies with ProSonytol the new brainwashing drug (because it couldn't possibly be that MS has made terrible mistakes and people are just reporting them, or Sony simply have a more popular product, that...
But you still have to download the game from the cloud onto the HDD to play it.
They do intend to allow external drives later, just not at launch (because the system is being rushed and shipped out unfinished).
@YodaCracker
Of course Halo sold well, there was virtually no quality 1st party games on 360, so when something even remotely good came along everybody jumped on it.
It wouldn't have sold half as many if it was competing against the countless quality titles available to PS3 owners.
Because it only takes a single comment from a fantard troll (on either side) or a light-hearted jab at the competition to derail the thread completely. Misinformation against one console gets countered by misinformation against the other ad infinitum.
It won't ever change, so long as people have differing opinions and lack the communication skills to get their point across.
This site does seem to have more than its fair share of uneducated morons and anyo...
Yeah Ryse looks terrible, so many people were pinning their colours to that title thinking it was the next great franchise, oh well, better luck next time.
Well the DS4 goes some way to addressing that with the touchpad (assuming you mean dumbed down rather than dubbed).
But the WiiU seems to *compromise* everything, that's the main issue.
3) External hdds have terrible data transfer rates and are nor a good idea for game installs AT ALL. Just a poor compromise.
External hdds have extremely slow data transfer rates compared to an internal SATA drive. Not a good alternative at all.
The Getaway 3
*You're* come on redcar, you're slipping, you actually managed your first sentence in English yesterday, and I praised you for overcoming your adversity, don't slip back slowly into full dumbtard.
That's exactly what is about to happen, considering the fact that it is the preferred controller by EVERYONE whose tried them both.
I told them to increase the performance by 9.376%, the fact is that 9.375% just won't cut it.
@JHawkFootball
When was the last time you saw a PS4 thread that wasn't trolled by Xbots? It's a two way street (especially with Bel(end)king around.
