This game should have been a PS5 game in my opinion. You could see how it struggled with textures and corridor areas for loading. I really hope the next game will be next gen only because it vastly limits the scale of what it could be having to design areas around an SSD. Especially as the world map is about to unlock. having to cater to old tech may mean we don't get the full open world map. By the time it's released supple should be plentiful
Absolutely loved these games back in the day. Paradise was good too but didn't quite have the feel of the old games

The 2 million gap won't close at all, it will only get wider as stock needs are fulfilled. PS5 has a stacked next year of releases and all that seems to be thrown out is from Xbox is Halo as even you just said

Honestly I couldn't disagree more. The soundtrack of X is world's above XII. the characters aren't as good. X has far more humour in the characters. XII is dark for the sake of it. Spira is a beautiful world too. I found the storyline of XII quite dull too and the main character is awful. (Yes Tidus isn't much better though)
The top 2 are definitely the best two. I waited for the PS5 version of Like a Dragon and it's been fantastic

This is such good news. Some may not agree but I don't feel golf games have been the same since they dropped his name. With his input again I hope they're back to the glory days of golf games.

Drake's story is done, but it would be very odd if he at least didn't know about a new one. I can't see why he would flat out lie like that if he did. I'm hoping a new one tells a story of a younger Sully. But looking at this it won't be for a long time then

Smaller load times will certainly make the platinum trophy easier, whether I want to put myself thorough that is another question 😂
My point was I'd expect it in an online focused game. It's when you have a story based game that makes you go online for 50+ hours to get a trophy or miss the platinum (last of us 1 I'm looking at you)
I hate online trophies too but the games he mentioned are predominantly online multipayer games. It's to be expected they would have online ones
That's the thing though, it's looking likely that the next installment will be next gen only. That's gonna piss off and alienate people who bought the first part and don't have a PS5. With the limited actual exclusives available I do think it would have sold well on the 5. Of course it will always be better sales wise to release it on the older gen though
