It's not a 100 because there's other flaws too but I didn't want a massive post. Even the most critically acclaimed PS4 exclusives haven't hit a 95 nevermind a 96, because to me that is literal as perfection as you'll get. And with all the things BOTW could do better, it's just not that high.
Games get Nintendo points, it's a great game but it's not a 97. It's repetitive, it has bad enemy variety. From the multitude of recipes, not having an in game book is a big flaw as it makes it tedious. Selling items is too. It's just quality of life stuff like this that make some aspects painful. It's certainly not flawless as that score suggests.
The levels of steps were in the old game too. You didn't have to use that entrance. Of course it was corridors. It's like you don't remember midgar in the original game. There was only one route to go. And the forced slow walking...that's simply done to load new areas, which shouldn't be a problem if the next one is on next gen.
So glad that was #1. That's been my pick for ages. If it can't be drake it's the logical choice
Playstation know how to time great months in the midst of the Xbox debacle 😂
Bad wife
There's a bit of a difference between a remake of a game 1 console generation ago like Twin Snakes than 4 generations. Look at the demons souls remake, that was only 10 years apart and look at the reactions from it. If the same developers make it, it would be amazing.
Plot lacked any depth but yet you quit under half way through? I wish i could share the makes sense meme 😂😂 and how can you say if only they were good games (plural) when you've not touched the 2nd?
I wish the UK got good deals. The best for a long time is when it was priced at around $52 converted
They really aren't helping themselves lately. Are they trying to push people to gamepass? You'd think with the last few months they would want to acquire a more favourable public image. Near doubling the price (for new players) of a service does the opposite.
It doesn't say that though, if that was the case it would say native 4K/30 and upscaled 4K/60. They wouldn't specify 1440 as it sounds inferior
I'm confused, I thought the PS5 didn't offer 1440p yet?
They were probably placeholder dates that the developer provided to Sony but weren't supposed to be in the video. The games will still be on course for the times said unless the developer publicly says different
6 more weeks. Can't wait!
I never think first person cameras look as good. You see much more of the environment with a wider camera, and also the player model.
It's very unlikely they will be exclusive to Microsoft though. They need to recoup that money and they wont ignore a 150 million player base. It will be timed
You could have an Xbox one and do that. I'll never understand the selling point of a next gen console to play 15-25 year old games. It's for new experiences. Don't get me wrong I'm not saying it isn't useful, but it should absolutely be the last thing on people's minds when buying next gen. I have a PS5 that plays PS5 games and PS4, and a PS3 that plays PS3 2 and 1. That's all you need
I can't tell if this is a serious comment? The switch does have some good games but it's a fact their Metacritic scores are higher for no reason. Breath of the wild is a good game but a 97? Not at all. The enemy variety is bad. The shrines are repetitive as hell as is combat.
Let's see, would you consider 90 Metacritic a good game? Switch has 4 exclusives at 90 and above. PS4 has 11, and there's about another 10 at 88+ score. And this is without counting mul...
Lets be honest here, it's the last year of the old console generation and most will own PS4 or will be waiting for PS5. Couple that with the very sparse availability of the new console (which hasn't happened to this scale before) that's why they're so low. Expect it to blow up in 2021.
I just don't think it will be yet sadly. People say the Samsung 980, on paper it has the speeds but does that match up to performance without the extra channels and custom I/O? I'm not fully versed in how it works.
